I love Jim's I've been coming here for years! The food is great! The staff are awesome, no nonsense types. Which is refreshing! You customers need to change their expectations of what "good" customer service is! They took my order, thanked me. Brought my food to me. Asked me if I needed anything. Asked me if I liked the food.
