The chicken is to salty it's good but just literally up on the salt and when someone says mix they don't mean legs and thighs

Went here and ordered my food online I went inside to order some sides I asked the guy at the cash register to show me the size of container for the coleslaw he grabbed it and showed me putting his fingers all inside the bowl I said ok I will take one he immediately went and filled the container after observing him fill the same container and fill it with no gloves I asked him to get me another one he got mad and asked why I told him you had your dirty hands all inside the container especially after handling money someone asked what was going on why he was mad and he told them I asked for a new container and to put gloves but this place after watching nobody used gloves and my order was wrong it's not that hard to grab the gloves they provide but I seen order after order going out the same don't touch your face and try to serve me I reached out to corporate about the uncleanliness they said we will contact you in 48hours no response but trust me if you buy from this location walk in and order nobody had gloves and they were having conversations over my food thanks for the spot spray I will not be going back to KFC anytime soon beware

The KFC in Muskogee, OK is HORRIBLE. The staff is beyond rude and the manager is even worse. We politely waited for over an hour for our order. Then the manager told us that we were lucky she even took our online order, because she doesn't work for KFC, and doesnt have to accept the online orders. She said she works for something like KDP Management Service. We will NEVER go to another KFC after the way we were treated at the Muskogee, Oklahoma KFC!

Chicken was freshly cooked side very fresh. Two months ago was good now I did drive thou had to go in to get my food and was ask what was my order and I said 8 piece meal get home and leg and thighs no wings or breast

Store ran out of pie poppers for the $7 box. They didn't advise that they were out or offer an alternative or discount, but claim they couldn't replace them or give alternative because the $7 box was still a deal

I wasn't sure if I wanted to go there considering the reviews. It was delicious, nice size pieces of chicken. The slaw was fresh and very tasty. The people behind the counter very friendly. It is remodeled and very cute and clean. My husband and I were very impressed. We went last night.
