I won't even give them a one, but a zero is not an option. I came in today, 11/24/2025, and had a website order. They gave my order away to a customer because they were out of nuggets. Then they told me that my $25 order was not available because they gave my paid order to someone else. They only gave me two chicken sandwiches for a $25 order and claimed they couldn't give me a refund because it was through the website. The girl in pink Crocs was rude and claimed she was the manager and that her general manager was on vacation and would not be returning. How can a general manager have a vacation that lasts forever? They need new training and new staff. They close at 10 p.m. and yet have nothing at 8 p.m. I run a restaurant and would never think this is acceptable, let alone yelling at a customer for telling her they want a refund.

Ordered a famous bowl. The 4 small peices of chicken were dried out, the small portion of mashed potatoes and dried up corn were a disappointment. 10 dollars of this meal was very over priced.

The manager crystal is rude and disrespectful to her customers and her workers. The food was rubbery and my pot pie was watery and on top of that I overheard them talking about cockroaches and maggots that they’ve been seeing it’s disgusting and I will NOT be going back.

Salty rubbery chicken . This is not the KFC from many years ago they went Down Hill . Never going back. I will go to Popeyes from now on. Biscuit tasted old and Nothing like your biscuits from before i had some 10 + years ago at another store and this was bad. No more KFC for me.

Krystal and her team is awesome. The chicken is fresh when I come in and they welcome you to the counter. Too many places treat you like just another order in the line of orders but there is a lot more hospitality in the works at this place. Thanks for the repeated good experiences.
