They were out of chicken and fries. The chicken they offered to sub with tenders but the fries they didn't even tell me they were out of until I checked the order. They also forgot the biscuits and insisted they hadn't. Wouldn't order from this kfc.

The manager Krystal always goes above and beyond and provides excellent service. She is warm and friendly and makes sure my pot pie and fries are always served hot.

Probably one of the worse kfc thanks to the rude children they hire. Wait times can be grueling even if you arrive 15 after it’s supposedly ready. I also pick up here a lot for deliveries and it’s no different. Crappy workers who have bad attitudes and they never have what you need. I won’t be going back to this one again. 👎🏿

Dietary restrictions: Due to my medical condition I can't have any spicy food and while there are items I would like to try like the Nashville Hot tenders I unfortunately cannot. However, there are still items that I can have that make the notion of not being able to have spicy food bearable. I would highly recommend the Famous Bowl and the Chicken Littles.

Ordered an eight piece family meal. Was charged over $30 to be shorted two pieces and receive half filled sides. I'm okay with prices going up, but when prices go up and quality goes down, it's really disappointing. Look at your food before leaving if you order out. This will be the last time I eat at this location.

Went for lunch. I was the only one there and got a old chicken patty in my chicken sandwich. Like your completely dead and you can't make me fresh food. Sandwich was slopped together sauce soaked my bun and was given zero napkins. For how much my food cost this is ridiculous.
definitely the worst KFC I've been to as far as delivery. the 4 times I've been here they tell you they are working on your order then proceed to complete 3 or 5 orders received after your arrival. save yourself the 20 minute wait and skip this one

Placed my order online directly through KFC, even I arrived 10 mins after my pickup time and my order still wasn’t ready. We are also asked for plates and utensils which is on the email receipt of the order when I finally get the food back to the hotel, no plates and no utensils were in the bag. The chicken was so greasy, I know it’s fried chicken but this is absolutely disgusting, the corn looked like fresh corn was mixed with old corn that had been sitting there all day. The gravy was very watery and had no flavor. This food is going back to the restaurant immediately, management can eat this.
