Every time I come to KFC this is my favorite location , no wait food comes fast customer service is great Austin such an amazing guys helped me out with my order and when I was confused because I forgot what I had order he helped me out and was willing to change anything on my order , great service thank you to the team

Not a single glove being worn by an employee! The girl preparing the food pulled her cell phone out of her pocket checked it, put it back and then proceeded to fill an order. Throwing the biscuit box around to another girl who missed it and let it fall in a deep dish with who knows what in it. I'd suggest steering clear of this place.

I dont know why i keep going here i should check my bag every time i leave since orders are wrong every time i go. Even the simplest orders are never filled correctly. I shouldn’t have to do your job for you.

Crappy service and the food they provided was worse.
I couldn't even tell you how the food was. We never received service. We tried the kiosk and couldn't customize our order so we waited for a human. They were too busy talking and laughing to turn around and see the customers waiting for assistance. We left and so did another customer. Bad service

SLOW. Even when they're not busy, and you order online ahead of time, expect an extra 20 to 30 minutes. This is one of the slowest restaurants, consistently, in the area. Something needs to be addressed.

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only did we have to wait 25 plus minutes for dried out chicken, we were also over charged for a large lemon cake but only given a small one. We were not offered our receipt. The biscuits were under cooked. They did not use a liner in the box so the grease from the chicken got everywhere. The girls behind the counter were laughing when people were complaining about the wait. I tried to call once home to make a complaint 6 times and no one answered the phone. We have gone to this restaurant on one other occasion and had a similar experience. I was hoping it was a one time thing and gave them another chance. We will not be returning after repeated terrible service. I will be reaching out to corporate.
