The portions we received were ridiculously tiny!! If we could we would attach a photo. Such a waste of money and the whanau are still hungry!!!

Been to this location in Poinciana, FL twice. Both times I was missing a vital part of my meal. And no apologies were given or anything. The workers act like you’ve interrupted them when you go in. It’s a terrible feeling.
KFC in Lewisburg, TN messed up my order again. I tried to call, but they never answer. I’m missing food, and the food they gave me is wrong.

They steal your money. I ordered online and cancelled the order. I called the 800 number and they tell you to put a claim in to get your refund. Well let’s just say I’m still waiting from the summer time and it’s now September. And their food really fell off that’s why they trying to give away a box of free chicken.
Ordered on the app. Said food would be ready and on the shelf in 10 min. Sat inside for 25 minutes. Went to the counter and staff said oh ok we will start making it now. Very disappointed with the experience.

I have been to this location a couple times and its horrible. No one acknowledges you if you wait forever inside for you order you placed online or drive-thru, and if you go through the drive-thru they make you pull to the front where numerous other cars are waiting for 20-30 min. for this food. When I received my food and got home all my original recipe chicken and sides were room temperature to cold and half of the chicken skin was fallen off the chicken. KFC is a fast food restaurant not a sit down establishment. Management nor the franchise owner dont even acknowledge all the negative or reply with an appolagize to make it right. Everyone with here should email cooperate on there official website so they are made aware of all the bad reviews and do something.

came in yesterday for dinner and the chicken looked amazing i figure to try to give this place another shot and i wasn’t disappointed staff were nice and food was pretty fresh

I have tried this KFC multiple times in a variety of ways; drive thru, go in, order pickup, door dash and every time I have to wait at least 30 minutes longer than expected and then the order is still wrong and needs to be fixed. The crew is unprofessional and u welcoming. They ignore the customers waiting there and are constantly yelling at one another in the back. The cleanliness of the restaurant is not kept up either. It’s disappointing. OWNERS, fix this!
