I went through the drive thru. I keep coming back to this place but this is the last time I go here. This is the 9th time this has happened to me at this location. I ordered a 10 bucket family meal and I ended up with 1 breast, 6 thighs and 3 drums. I have 3 kids, who will only eat white meat. You guys ruined dinner for all of us. I even mentioned to the employee to make sure we get equal portions of white meat and they still got it wrong. People need to start checking their buckets, open them to make sure all the portions are there! So either make more white meat because you run out or teach your Employees the difference between thighs and breast because there is major confusion going on at your store. 0 stars.

Sadly, year after year this chain only excels at driving people away.
Just when l forgive them and decide to return they once again only seem capable to disappoint.
Prices are aggressively up while portion sizes keep decreasing. KFC is simply no longer worth the cost considering what you pay for Vs. what you get.
Unfortunately, the saddest insult is the overall quality decline of the product. Over time the once wonderful and extremely delicious chicken of yesteryear has somehow morphed from heavenly treat into a fatty, grease soaked bizarre food texture experiment gone horribly wrong.
Disappointment on steroids!
You win, I'll capitulate and shop elsewhere.

Drove home to find that my entire order was wrong. No sides, 3 biscuits instead of 4, the coating was falling off of every single piece of chicken. I had specifically asked for no thighs and the bucket had 2 breast and all thighs. Everything was packed in the bucket so tightly too. It was hard to get the pieces out. Like this was done on purpose. I have never had this happen before.

As soon as you walk in you get hit with a terrible smell! Had to use the restroom and it was disgusting floor, toilet, walls literally everything nasty… not to mention a roll of toilet paper just sitting on top of the metal assistant bar something told me to look at the other side and there’s blood on it from people cleaning their needles in the toilet paper.🤢🤢 corporate needs involved ASAP!

Been to this location in Poinciana, FL twice. Both times I was missing a vital part of my meal. And no apologies were given or anything. The workers act like you’ve interrupted them when you go in. It’s a terrible feeling.
The service was amazing the new GM is awesome and food was fresh didn't wait long at all

Stopped in yesterday for chicken sandwich and wedges on a mobile order, went to drive thru was told needed to come inside while they made it. Got inside no greeting from anyone, employee walked past into restroom returned without washing his hands and then proceeded to make sandwich with unwashed hands and no gloves!! Absolutely disgusting. Manager was sitting in lobby talking to her friends. Would leave negatively stars if possible
Edit. Manager called said I would receive a refund and call from above restaurant leader. Neither have happened, no refund or call back!

Continuously out of chicken when there, most recently November 6th. Order 5934. Initially requested a refund after 20 minutes of waiting and then the staff attempted to fill the order and got it completely wrong, missing mash potatoes, added drumsticks that were not a part of the order.
We will NEVER go there again.

Not going back their chicken felt old the skin was so robbery.
Most of the staff wearing street clothes, only saw one employee working, orders backed up on the screen, as I walk in, an employee walks past with no acknowledgement and goes into the restroom, the manager was standing in the lobby talking to someone. Another employee strolls in from outside, then employee that went into the restroom begins making my sandwich without gloves wearing the same baggy sweater he wore into the restroom. I never saw him wash his hands. I ordered online and after watching my sandwiches being made without gloves, I asked to cancel the order. They were unable to. I didnt accept the food and left without a refund. I reached out for assistance with the refund through the app. They were unable to do anything besides tell me an Above Restaurant Leader will contact me. I think its best to steer clear of this brand as I see with all the other reviews, nothing is being done about the way this location represents the brand. If the owners, franchisees, and Above Restaurant Leadership allow this to continue at this location, then its happening at the other locations as well. Disappointing to say the least.
