First off, the parking wad not the best. The place was empty but there was still a considerable wait for our to go food. You would think that it would be hot and fresh. It was Not. The fries were cold and dried out. So was the chicken in the sandwich. That would explain why we did not smellanything cooking. I did like the flatened breast they used. I always request plain mashed potatoes and so far each time that request is ignored. The chicken box was full of dried out chicken with a hard, cold biscuit, and sloppy cole slaw that leaked out into the box and then the bag. The bowls just seemed like their leftovers.Nothing looked, smelled, or tasted, freshly cooked. It was disgraceful. Maybe Saturday afternoon is not the time to go there.Parking: Disabled spaces were far from the door and near the dumpster

I have not had KFC in a while, and I remember why. KFC was always the best chicken around and the last two or three times I got it, including tonight, was the worst chicken I have ever tasted. It tasted not like a real breast, but parts of meat, compress together. It also was so unbelievably greasy like it was probably the seventh time and it’s been cooked. Waiting for someone to buy this chicken. My stomach is sick. The chicken was slimy… I am guessing they are trying to save money when ever they can but when the quality of your product goes down, that’s likely why the lines that you’re fast food company our light…

I ordered the mashed potato bowl with nuggets. The potatoes had a weird taste. The french fries were cold, hard, dried out, and shriveled. They call those nuggets??…Tiny pieces of breading with barely any chicken inside. Definitely not like the photo. This is my second time at this location. Bad experience both times.☹️

The restaurant was absolutely clean & fresh…I’m new @ using my KFC app so I can get deals & discounts & the young lady @ the register was pleasantly happy to help me & guide me on how to use the app…thank you so much for having professional employees willing to make my experience so wonderful.

I've went inside and ordered before the food was decent mid quality if at it's best thought okay not bad, went on uber eats since then each and every time ordering maybe 3-4 times I've had an issue with the food quality, From Frys being saugy and too crunchy, to the chicken being hard as a rock, sodas not being delivered if delivered little to no ice. Finally going to give up on giving this location another chance Recommend HIGHLY Making the drive to another Location instead -Skylar J.

To start the man taking the order was so quick to speak all you heard were mumbled words. Service was horrible after letting him know to slow down. We waited outside for 20 minutes thru drive thru with a couple of cars total. Had me pull around to have me sit. When I finally got my chicken it was all soggy white from how long it had sat in the box. I was going to go complain to the store but with the way it was handled to start I didn't think it would go anywhere. For min of 15 these people should really care more about what there doing. Even the girl who brought it out to me have me the Fxxk you look walking away.

I ordered the family meal for takeout, and the corn was bad as in expired smelling would not eat it. The biscuits were not fresh. It was not a good experience. The chicken was good, at least. It's a brand new place. Please help the workers with more support on quality control and training.
