Fransisco has a warm and pleasant demeanor he was welcoming and had amazing customer service. You don't see that type of customer service anymore the atmosphere was very homey and comfortable. We ordered one of the sandwiches and the brownie it tastes delicious we will definitely be back

Worst "bakery" I have ever been to. 1. Only one person working 2. No coffee. Both cannisters were empty. 3. Stale nasty tasting food. Yuck! Threw it away. NEVER again! Waste of time and money.

Location was closing within an hour of arrival, but employees still very eager to serve. However, the food I got was not like the food ordered at a Kneader’s location in South Jordan, UT. In fact, it was horrible. 100% the opposite experience I had at my first Kneader’s visit. Won’t be returning.

I can’t support a business that can’t offer a majority of their menu after lunch for the entire day. For 1 the weather has turned, it is cooler out and more people want warm food. They offer a French Dip sandwich that they run out of daily by 3pm every day. They make claim that it’s about offering fresh food, but it’s roast beef that they seem to run out of. I’m done trying to give a company money for something I want - that they have on their menu as a regular item - but always run out of at lunch time.

It's been a while since my last visit to Kneaders. I ordered 2 salads, one of them being the Thai Cashew with chicken. When I brought it home, I was disappointed that the salad didn't have any cashews that I could see. The chicken was extremely dry. My husband finally found 4 cashews at the bottom of the container, yes, just 4! This salad used to have a lot of cashews on it. Very limited peppers as well. Definitely not worth $30 for 2 salads. Sadly, won't be back.

Lady in front not very friendly, no greeting walking in. Placing my order seemed to not understand me. Took my food home to realize my French toast burnt, bacon soggy. I opted for no receipt unfortunately to call them to complain. Disappointed with visit

I've been coming here for a looooong time, usually through the drive thru today. My son and I got off to check out the goodies. When I got to the register, I asked a question to the cashier who was not even at the register she was cleaning the soda machine and slowly made her way to take my order when she finally did I asked if the cheese cakes were included in the buy 5 get 1 free deal after she asked Haven the manager the cashier never returned to take my order instead she walked to another guest and asked if she could help him never EVER coming back to take my order after everyone left I was literally the only person in there she still did not bother to take my order instead she went to look at online orders so when I asked her hello is anyone gonna help me? She still ignored me until I yelled, and she said sorry, but the dinner rush was starting even after I asked to talk to the manager who could not hear because she was wearing airpods (real professional) she told the cashier it's no big deal what can I get you like it might not be a big deal to you but I've been at work all day my kids at school and we were picking up desert after we picked up dinner I did not expect to sit there for over 15 mins waiting for 5 cookies who ever is in charge here needs to provide your associates with proper customer service training and management with professionalism and take out your airpods your managing a business you should probably be able to hear your customers .

The people who work here are really nice but I am disappointed with my salads lately. I pay for extra chicken but it’s really the same amount as a regular order and I don’t blame the workers for this because the portions used to be a lot bigger. Also, my Thai chicken salad had tortilla strips and no cabbage or cashews ;( I go here for a quality 15 dollar salad and unfortunately this place is not meeting that standard anymore.
