Waitress was very rude and unprofessional. In my opinion they need to be trained on how to treat their costumers equally not pick and choose who they wanna be respectful to. Food is great though ?

Visited whilst on holidays from the UK. Food was delicious and the staff were welcoming and helpful. There seem to be few places in the US where you can get coffee and cake and this was perfect for what we wanted. We also bought bread to take back to our daughter’s home and that was lovely too. Our only negative comment would be there’s too much single use plastic in use, (plates, cutlery, cup lids) but I think that’s a US issue. I’d definitely recommend Kneaders and would visit again when we were next in Surprise.

If you want a free clinic on how not to run a business this is the place for you! Staff unfriendly and 43 minute wait for a bowl of oats and a breakfast sandwich. Every customer in the place was in disbelief at how incredibly poor the performance was.

Staff are fast, friendly, and obviously enjoy working together and communicate well. Took a little while for the french toast, but that was because it was being made fresh. The potato bacon soup was heavenly, the sourdough bread bowl was soft, the french toast was sweet and fluffy, the strawberries were fresh. I love going here for sweet or savoury food. However, they DESPERATELY need to repaint those parking lot lines, they're so faded you can barely see the spots.
