My mom placed an online order and I went to pick it up. I waited for 30 minutes after we got the email saying that the order is ready. The cashier was very friendly and doing her best, but I could hear yelling and cussing from who I really hope was not the manager. They kept saying that they were waiting on the bread for my order, but then giving bread to people walking in and ordering. I approached the counter 3 times to ask about my order. I finally got it and the cashier apologized a bunch. At least the food tasted good for the most part. One of my pizzas was very clearly old and had been sitting on the warmer for a while.

It's great for what it is! This location has turned around for the better since last year. I avoided this one at all costs a year ago and now I'm so grateful it's just down the street when I have a house full of people and their kids!

Pizza quality sucks recently. They've progressively got worse over the years. Do better. :)

Crazy bread is always good. However, you would think after a decade of not eating here their pizza would have improved.

Get pizza somewhere else.

Can’t rate food that we never got. Went into store placed an order in person , waited 20 minutes then went in to pick up. They never made our order. We did get a refund but still annoying. Order pizza from somewhere else.

Weekend dinner for the kids my pizzas are always good!

The store is small and feels very crowded. I was told my food would be ready in 7 to 8 minutes, I got there, and they said they needed about 3 more. I stood there waiting for about 15 more minutes. When I asked if they could double check if my order was ready, it had been ready the person boxing it all up had finished it and never put it in the warmer or called it out as ready. Instead, it looked like she was finishing multiple orders while letting mine sit. I ordered light sauce, and they did it, but because the pizza sat so long for no reason, the quality tanked, and the food was no good. I'll give them the 3rd star for food based on accuracy on my order. Until I feel like returning, I'm gonna have to leave a low score. I'll update my review if and when I return.
