Well they have more than redeemed themselves! I made an error and although they didn't have to, they swapped out one of my pizzas and provided me with the red sauce, not the cheese sauce. Thank you! Their team was so friendly and polite! Love my Little Caesars!

I wish I would e got the name of the first young lady that helped me as she was amazing at her job. Unfortunately her team let her down. Walked in and ordered 1 hot in ready pepperoni, 1 three meat, and 1 pretzel crust pepperoni. Was told 15-20 mins. I stood there for 45 mins watching others order and wait and get their food and leave. The young lady kept apologizing and discovered that they had made two of my pizzas but forgot the other. This was at the 30 min mark. I watched...

These were such a sad example for the pepperoni puffs. It was so small that the slice of pepperoni would have been way to big for them. They tasted burnt and were hard to in general. Overall I'd say, don't have high hopes with these, especially in Surprise, Arizona.
