Took my family to dinner last night got a table, no silverware, waiter came took our drink orders, we decided to just submit our food order as well. Drinks took forever to be brought to the table, they brought some bread and still mo silverware, we requested silverware and no one cared enough, my son went to the bar to buy us drinks. Finally the food arrived, still no silverware, the food got cold and still no silverware. Finally everyone brought silverware! It's was horrible

So after reading other recent reviews about poor service, we were hesitant to visit. Im glad we did. First we placed our name on the list via the website but didn't get a confirmation text, so we didn't know if we were actually on the list untill we got a text saying we missed our table. We arrived and there was about 10 people waiting. The hostess found our name even though we were late and seated us with no waiting (going good so far) we had to wait all of two or three minutes for our server to arrive, had our drinks within five minutes of walking through the door. Carlos our server was on point the entire time and he had several other tables and one large group to attend to. He was fantastic and attentive the entire time we were there. The food was served in order and timed perfectly. The quality was very good and everything was cooked to order. We will definitely be back. Carlos, thanks for providing a great experience.

Our food was amazing. Everything we had was delicious. My meal was the porterhouse with Mac and cheese, Brussels sprouts and roasted corn on the cob. My wife had the salmon and chop steak with a salad, broccoli and loaded mashed potatoes. For our starter we had the shrimp with peppers. We loved every bit of it. My steak wasn’t cooked quite enough for me but they threw it back in the grill no problem and made it just right. I’m picky with my Mac n cheese and don’t prefer a breadcrumb on mine but I really liked this one. I’m not a huge fan of Brussel sprouts but my god were these delicious and perfectly charred. Even the simple side of broccoli was perfect. I haven’t come across a restaurant that seasons their food as well as here. I’d choose longhorn over any other chain steakhouse and even higher class ones like Ruth Chris. I loved my meal from start to finish. Oh and our server was dope to top it off

Gathering with friends for dinner here is wonderful, delicious food. The ambiance of the evening played a significant role in the experience. host and waiter created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The menu offered delightful choices, pleasing everyone's tastes. Ultimately, it was the Long Horn Stake and the overall experience that made the dinner truly memorable. We miss Chef Francisco Orosco 😢
