Lou Malnati's Pizzeria

Went there yesterday. Delicious pizza, great service and great vibe. When I left I felt like this place appreciated my business. Will be back for sure.

First time there, fast service, clean place.
GREAT FOOD

Visited for lunch. Only a few tables were occupied with no staff visible (including bar). Stood waiting for five minutes when a staff member came running up and apologized for the delay. We were seated at a table where we waited for ten more minutes when we decided to get up and leave. We can’t say if the establishment was under staffed or not because we only saw the one staff member who seated us. We wonder if they were possibly having a staff meeting in the kitchen?!? Regardless, we gave up after waiting 15 minutes with no attempt to serve us. We will not be back.

Second attempt at Lou's since moving from Chicago. Does not compare. Pizza was hardly Deep Dish. Tomato's on the pizza were Tomato SAUCE. Never what Lou's served. Cheese was orange from sauce seeping through.. We will try and order Frozen from there HQ and see what that gets us . If it's not what we are used to we will be going elsewhere. Very disappointing.

They advertise at Surprise Stadium. Their signage is impossible to read from fan seating area. Real Deep Dish Is Here is readable. You just can't tell where to get it.

Angel was AMAZING! I had her as a server and this is the first time I’ve felt welcomed and taken care of! I can’t wait to visit more! Not to mention the food was amazing, but angels service will have me coming back!

Salads were soggy pasta was really sweet sauce and not meat flavor and pizza was nothing like it should be as a Chicago pizza

We just visited for the second time and it was amazing food and amazing service again! Kitty was a great server and her colleagues also were very willing to help. The food was quick but still very yummy.
