We ordered the food delivered. We ordered shredded beef Nachos & 1 pint os salsa and 1 IB chips. This is our normal order. I just ordered from the wrong location. My order was changed from shredded beef to ground beef with no approval from us.. Ground beef isn't even on their menu. The nachos were 1/4 of the size at the same price as all location's. There was made 2 TBS ground beef. 16 chips, 1 TBL beans and a lot of grease. Not editable, tasted to old. The hot sauce was to hot for us, it had long green strings of peppers. We love the Macyos salsa which is why we buy it. We love Macyos, but will never order or go to this location again.

Love eating at the Macayo’s Surprise! We had our favorite server Esperanza tonight & she is always fantastic. She has a real attention to detail & keeps my ice tea filled. The food is very good, we enjoy the red corn taquitos, the asada burro, & fajitas! We will be back.

Greated nicely by host. Server was very accommodating after mentioning that the booth seat where I was sitting smelled like urine. She immediately moved me and got someone to deep clean the booth. so 5 stars on that as well as her serving. Food was really below average of what I've come to expect from such a huge name as Macayos. Rice did not have that Mexican seasoning it use to,the beans were bland, and the chimichanga carnitas did taste slightly old. The chimi tortilla was not fried crispy as the menu said.So I likely will not come back, unfortunately. It's sad the staff has to serve this kind of food, Im sure that has to do with the low morale vibe in the environment.

Ordered online to find out the hard way that Macayo's has been bought out by another company. They have changed the portions (they now weigh the food) and the price is the same. Heavily disappointed in the fact that I paid the same amount of money for less food.

This is hands down my favorite restaurant to go for Mexican food. There food is always amazing and they have great service. It has a fun theme with beautiful colors and fun paintings and have jungle animal decorations around the restaurant. There food is always good and everyone is friendly. I highly recommend.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu and offer crayons and a coloring sheet to kids. The workers are also very friendly and nice.
Some of the best Mexican food I've had in a very long time. The bartender I do believe her name was Victoria . She is amazing !!! My wife and I were there for 2 hrs . She worked nonstop. I can't tell you it's nice to see someone who is very good at their job and doing it!

Tommy/Tommi was a great server, but we always get good service and food. If anything is too dark on the fry, they always apologize and replace or discount. Al la carte orders are honored. Servers are attentive.
