We had a group of 11, and Espy did an amazing job taking care of us! She stayed on top of all our waters and drinks the entire time, even while juggling other tables. Our food came out quickly after we ordered, which was such a nice surprise for a large group. Espy was incredibly friendly, personable, and made the whole table feel welcome. She shared laughs with us and created such a fun, relaxed atmosphere. We really appreciated her attentiveness and positive energy. She truly made our experience even better!

I placed an order and I have had issues.
1. YOU DON'T ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!! I called 9 times and not a single employee picked up. I stayed on the call just for two minutes to go by and the ringing stops for almost 30 seconds until the call drops and says it failed. 2. As I'm calling, I go online to place my order that way instead (which I prefer not to), to see which could be done quicker. Your location closes at 10PM and I was calling at 8:30PM. I can't make modifications to my orders when placed online, which is why I wanted to call as I have done so in the past. 3. I place my order online, but then see Macayos DOES in fact have their own online ordering service where the prices are true to going into the restaurant. I ended up paying more than what I needed due to having to add extra items and using a third party service to accomadate the modifications I could have requested if an employee answered the phone.
Update 2/10/2026: I sent my info and have not recieved a call, text or email. I doubt anybody actually reaches out. I love Macayos, but wow. Coming from a loyal customer who goes every year for their Mother's birthday as well as random occasions to top it off.
Espy, always delivers phenomenal service. She is always amazing when we get to sit in her area. She is funny and always attentive and is the reason we keep coming back to macayos.
