Many times I went there they have got my order wrong. And one time they said “We don’t have meat, but we have fries though!” Their fries are usually good though

THE WORST LOCATION IN THE WORLD. I can’t count on two hands how many times I’ve started in the drive thru and ended up standing at the counter asked where my food is. ORDERS ARE WRONG ALL THE TIME! This is honest feedback. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN and it’s right across the street from our home. BOYCOT THIS LOCATION!

Always a minimum 20-30 minute wait past your scheduled pickup time. The dining room is always filled with angry customers waiting for their food. It's almost like their goal is to get a one star rating on every platform. I feel bad because some of the workers have been very nice about the wait but yeah this place has been absolutely horrible.

Waited 45 min for food got kids chicken nugget meal and 2 burgers. 1 other person in store with me and only 2 people in driver through.. staff was more interested in gossip than actually working. 4 people standing around talking and only on gentleman actually working. This is the worst McDonalds I’ve been to in the valley.
Asked for breakfast sandwich to be well done & they didn’t toast the bread. Been here quite a few times & it’s never a good experience. Not sure who is managing this location, but they need some assistance from Corporate!

Why did they even open? They don't have the talent. Shut down, re-train, then reopen. This place reminds me of a bee hive w/o its queen.
Egg McMuffins without egg, cold burgers, 20 min waits, slow chaos in the kitchen, staff standing around looking confused, no condiments, no napkins, forgotten requests, inconsistent service, busted up dining area, no cups or straws, empty utensils, dirty tables, disgusting bathrooms.
Other times, I could be the only one in the drive thru lane for a 2-for-$5. The wait is 10 mins & the food is luke warm - sometimes missing cheese, sausage, or egg.
Oh, & this happens almost every time during morning rush - the line could be 10 cars deep & there'd be a rando McDonald's employee outside with a hose slowly washing NOTHING off the entire parking lot - just cheerfully watering the clean lot. So that guy does nothing to help the store when they need it.
It's comical that this McDonald's even exists. I gave them a dozen chances - that's it, I'm not going back. Avoid massive frustration & go to the one on Grand a few miles away. They are on top of things over there.

Incompetent staff and the worst service I’ve ever had from any fast food place. Drive the extra 10 minutes to another McDonald’s or go next door to Taco Bell. On top of the order taking almost an hour and being messed up, everything was cold like it had been sitting for 30 minutes.

Three visits. Three very terrible experiences, twice they ran out of hamburger meat! All three times was waiting for 15 minutes or better and this last time called for assistance from the front counter with no answer for several minutes one of these terrible experiences was in the drive through Need negative stars for this location
