Customer service is very poor towards uber eats drivers this location make my wait 40mins then told me the item was stolen but should not have taken 40 minutes for them to tell me that I don’t get paid to sit there I could have been doing another order they wasted my time and were vary rude to me

Well I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and well it wasn’t done. It was still raw in the middle.. then ordered a hot n spicy and they forgot the lettuce on the order.. I know there are pictures that they show you how to make the sandwich. Where is the quality, where is the care of the food. I work in an industry where we make food to order but I tell my crew to treat it as if it was your order. Make it with love and care. McDonald’s doesn’t care about the customer anymore more about the bottom line and it shows. Just to cut corners and it shows.

My first time here, what a mistake. Both cheeseburgers and deluxe chicken sandwiches over cooked. I think they just threw them in the microwave. The meat on all 4 items were rubbery, just awful; will be skipping this location from now on.

I don’t expect much from McDonalds but to wait over 25 minutes (in the drive thru line) for a burger that wasn’t even fully cooked and cold fries is extremely disappointing.
It's a new location and they have a long way to go to be up to standards of the mcds I know... Food wasn't fresh... Ask them to make whatever you order fresh. The kids working there are absolutely clueless, hope you don't have questions... If so talk to a manager for answers. Every time I've been to this location, they've messed up my order, had no clue how to make my coffee drink, even after I explained. If your having a bad day, go to a different location or your day will get worse coming here. Give them some time to figure it out. The kids need more supervision and training for sure.

11:30pm. I work all around phx and have had many different locations of mcdonalds... this by far was my best order. Fries hot. Cheese melted. My hot n spicy was temp hot it burnt my mouth. People complaining about how their special order of extra crispy nuggets ( special order nuggets at McDonald's come on now ) probably held up the line and made other bad reviews. Its mcdonalds. Its fried. Its gonna be somewhat soggy. Sheeeeesh
