It's a new location and they have a long way to go to be up to standards of the mcds I know... Food wasn't fresh... Ask them to make whatever you order fresh. The kids working there are absolutely clueless, hope you don't have questions... If so talk to a manager for answers. Every time I've been to this location, they've messed up my order, had no clue how to make my coffee drink, even after I explained. If your having a bad day, go to a different location...
11:30pm. I work all around phx and have had many different locations of mcdonalds... this by far was my best order. Fries hot. Cheese melted. My hot n spicy was temp hot it burnt my mouth. People complaining about how their special order of extra crispy nuggets ( special order nuggets at McDonald's come on now ) probably held up the line and made other bad reviews. Its mcdonalds. Its fried. Its gonna be somewhat soggy. Sheeeeesh
My Big Mac was left out of my order. Had to go back and to get it. I normally do through the drive thru but went inside to correct my order which they did. I was surprised to see that the inside isn't really family oriented but l think that's due to the time we live in.
