Went there on saturday, placed a curbside order. Waited in the parking lot for over 35 minutes before going inside and asking about my order. Manager told me they never received it, despite me showing her my app and email confirming the order. She offered to charge me again but wouldn't give me my food. I declined, and she said the charge would fall off. Guess what? It didnt. Waste of money and time. Awful management.

Just went though the drive though and placed an order upon receiving the order we were missing a big Mac and 2 orders of fries. After letting the worker know a manager came to the window and told us we lied and did not purchase it. After showing them the bad and reciept manger on duty named Simone was very rude stating we did not pay for that. After some back and forth we were able to get our food that we paid for. She then sent another manager to the window when we asked who the general manager of the location was and they refused to tell us! The general manager needs to let their management team know they should show a little more respect and not call customer a lier when the bag of food was showed with recipe and never out of site of the employee since receiving it. A complaint will be filed with corpsete office.

Service here is terrible! To the guy working the pickups outside (Feb 2nd, 2025 @ 10A), if you hate your job that bad. Find another one! Don't take it out on people who have nothing to do with your issues. Cussing at us because we were having problems with the app is unprofessional and irritating.
To the staff workers inside including the managers. Understand you're not in a position to be condescending to anyone. Especially your customer base. Again find another job if customer service is not for you.
Needless to say I won't come back to this location and will share this experience with anyone and everyone in Surprise. This review will be cross posted. Do better!

I don't know why I try to give this Mcdonald's a
chance. But I order in the drive-thru and pulled up. Noone had came to the window for 5 minutes. The same thing happened to the car in front me. This is getting ridiculous.
I called the store after I left. I told the manager on duty what happened and he was trying to speak to his employee and I could hear him on the phone. He asked the employee. Did you take a order? And the employee said, I can't because the drawers are not open and then he comes back and talks to me saying that, well, we're counting the drawers right now. And I told him, don't you think you should at least tell the people that are in the drive through what's going on, rather than having them to wait? Very bad customer service.I will be talking to Mcdonald's headquarters again...

I came here on a Friday night after 12am. There a sign that it says that they are open 24 hours for Friday and Saturday for driv-thru. I sat in the drive-thru for about five minutes and no one answered, and when I pulled up to the second window, the manager on duty has a headset on. She is, either ignoring us or she just doesnt want to take any more orders.This is very disrespectable. And the manager on duty right now, every time I come to this mcdonald's at night, she's very rude and she ignores everybody. You guys need to get it straight. AS YOU CAN SEE BELOW IN MY OTHER COMMENT. THIS KEEPS HAPPENING THROUGH THE DRIV-THRU.
I'm at the McDonald's right now at Litchfield and Waddell in Surprise, AZ. I GOT IGNORE IN THE DRIV-THRU FOR GOOD 10 MINUTES AFTER THEY SAID ONE MINUTE. I already waited for 20 mintues in the driv thru. The 3 employees were messing around outside taking the trash outside and shutting down one side of the drive thru. I'm currently just going on through without ordering. This is horrible customer service and you need better management at night.

Pretty sure an employee stole my sons wallet. His wallet was left on a table on top of a plastic table number while he went to the bathroom. It was a poor choice to leave it while in the bathroom. But seriously stealing a kids wallet, so messed up. I walked him in and the place was mostly empty. Don't leave things on tables 1st place, but it was a unique wallet my son loved from Hawaii. I can't go get him another.
The staff needs to do better with reading & paying attention.. 1 they always ask what sauce you want then never put it in the bag but insist on making a scene wanting to charge for the sauce when they never even put it in the bag. 2, every time i order a hot n spicy i ask for it with no mayo & add cheese & tomato.. tell me WHY they always make it plain & only add tomato or they add extra mayo & never add the cheese?! My New Year’s resolution is to never go to McDonalds ever again.. it’s ridiculous how many times they mess up on such simple things!! This isn’t rocket science!! Y’all get more pay & we get crappier service. Also check the attitudes with your staff!! If they don’t like their jobs maybe they should think about going somewhere else. The customer doesn’t need to deal with shit attitudes on top of getting their order done incorrectly.

Stopped here the Friday morning after Thanksgiving on my way back to CA after an annual visit to friends for the holiday. Been to this McDonalds before and never had a problem. This morning I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit and a hash-brown. Fortunately I checked my bag as I pulled away and all I saw was a folded up cooked egg on top of a paper wrap. Inside the wrap was the bottom of a biscuit with cheese. No bacon and no top of the biscuit anywhere in the bag. Found a hashbrown at the bottom of the bag by itself. No wrapper. I signaled to the driver behind me I was backing up and immediately showed what appeared to be a manager at the window what I received and said "this isn't going to cut it." No apology or "this is unacceptable from the manager:" He just took the bag and gave me a new order, which was correct and fine. I've been going to McDonalds all over this country and abroad for 50 years and I've never had anything like this happen.The lack of an apology or any accountability was what was most disappointing. I hope someone from corporate reads this and has a chat with the folks managing this McDonalds. Unacceptable.
