They called out my number while I was in the bathroom one time. So my food was sitting under the heat lamp for at least ten minutes. By the time I got my food, it was already cold and greasy. The management said they called my number at least three times. I'll disagree. They were too concerned about insulting the unhoused in their lobby. I probably will not return to this McDonald's..

It’s been years since my wife and I last ate at McDonald’s, but after a late-night movie at the AMC nearby, we had a craving for their crispy chicken sandwich, iconic fries, and the best fountain Coke on the planet. We stopped in just before 11pm, and I have to say; the service blew us away.
The staff was Absolutely Amazing. The food came out hot and fresh, just how we remembered. But what really stood out? The customer service. The manager who took our order didn’t just hand us our food, she asked if we’d like our McFlurries brought out after we were done eating. That’s not just good service, that’s thoughtful hospitality and rare to see in fast food these days.
This crew went above and beyond, and it showed. If we’re craving fast food again, this location will be our first choice. Huge kudos to the entire staff and management for making our late-night visit memorable.

I'm sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting for my food to come out while they're all over there chit-chatting and having a good time finally I get up and ask them what is taking so long? It turns out my order was sitting there on the counter the entire time and they were just ignoring it having their little powwow😡

This was VERY disappointing. The communication between front lobby was non existent they only worried about getting the outside orders out there were people including myself that just decided to come into the store cause the drive through was long and with a manager there that's what was shocking NOBODY assisted anybody who was in the front lobby until the I had said something. As a manger myself and having worked in the fast food and restaurant industry I am very aware that short staff may happen, but without having communication with your team, let alone the people in the lobby, it could become very frustrating and can lead to being disrespected very quickly. After waiting for it's been quite a long time. I just decided to go get my money back and stating that the communication between front lobby and delivering to drive through customers was very poor I just decided to take my business elsewhere. After me asking for my money back, the manager then stepped in and helped the people from the lobby. Would never go back to this one even though it is the closest one to me, I would rather go out far then to be mistreated as if I was invisible, instead of just communicating whatever the problem was that night. The thing that always gets to me is when they serve you food that's been sitting for I don't know how long and and they try to serve it to you and then get upset when you ask them to make it fresh then gets passed again when you seen its from the same batch thats been sitting in the warmer just not that much older. like im spending money and not cheap so why treat your customers as cheap.

Very nice McDonald's. They have a play area that my little ones really enjoy. The service was fantastic! I had a cashier named Sumayah that was so caring and attentive to our order and needs. I would definitely recommend this McDonald's if you're in the city of Surprise.
