Would someone tell this McDonald's that it is unacceptable to make your customers drive around and wait for half your meal while half your meal gets cold in your car. Just to say you have great drive through times. Where did customer service go?

Oh my God, what a beautiful and kind girl I saw in America serving customers! She was the epitome of humility. She gave me positive energy for my day, and I hope the manager at McDonald's will make her the supervisor in charge of employee and customer affairs and give her a financial bonus as encouragement for her pure, angelic manner, as beautiful as her smile. I will return here despite the distance, just to see the warm welcome and smile of this lovely and kind employee. We were told to pull to the front, they are waiting on fries. But when we got home, we were disappointed. Not the first time this has happened either. This quality control needs to be readjusted. Especially if you are having $5 per large fry order.

Hands down gotta be one of the best Mcds I’ve ever been too. If yall got any issues I invite you to try the Mcds on 163rd. Never a dull moment. Drive thru whether that’s app or window, it’s fast, efficient greeted with a smile and crunchy fries. Give credit where credit is due.

Eliana gave amazing customer service at McDonald’s She was very friendly, polite, and made me feel welcome right away. She took my order quickly and made sure everything was correct. My food came out fresh and on time. You can tell she works hard and cares about doing a good job. McDonald’s is lucky to have her on their team she definitely deserves a raise 💪🏽

The food that was delivered to my home from Uber eats was not correct. I had ordered a double quarter pounder and was sent 2 double cheese burgers that are not as wonderful as the Double Quarter Pounder. The French fries were cold and not as good when fresh. We tried calling Mc Donald's and no one answered the phone. Thank you for the opportunity to give feedback.
