Visited today: asked for eating in, my food sat 8 minutes at the register until I went up to ask how long for my food cashier was appeared angry that i asked for hot food. Asked for diet coke received a coke twice ( not diabetic friendly). lobby was not appropriately staffed. Extremely poor customer service
This location has to have the world’s worst employees!! They are all so rude! Yep I said all. It’s awful!!
usually this mcdonald's does ok as far as mcdonald's goes. I ordered on the app. had to change the order because it said 6pc happy meal was not available, so I ordered a 4pc. then it said cheeseburger happy meal was not available, so I ordered a burger with cheese. 🤷. figure that one out.
we did not get the ranch that was ordered, but not a huge deal.

McDonald's on Reems rd and Greenway rd is a preferred location for many. The breakfast is always fresh, and the food tastes good. The drive-thru was fast and staff can be very fast. However, some staff members have been known to have poor attitudes. It is mandatory to park if going through the drive-thru. The restaurant can be dirty, and the drivethrough lane design can be inconvenient. Burgers can be made very sloppy. It is a place you go when you can eat anything. The fries looked sad but the chicken nuggets are not too bad. Happy Meals are enjoyed. Overall, it's a decent spot with some areas for improvement.
