Went for pickup today and was barely making ends meet and when I got my fries they were just absolutely cold and so annoying because they should be hot and ready and even had me go to a parking spot to get the food. Even then the girl at the window could be little more nicer because now I am going to nit pick because that’s so annoying. I’m super nice every time and disappointing.

I had asked for a PLAIN BURGER which should not be that difficult to make never got it waited 30 plus minutes for it after they served me my burger wrong TWICE I told the lady an the guy my burger was supposed to be plain I was calm I didn’t overreact or make a scene they took the bad burgers back an they were supposed to make a plain one which I never got an I could hear the workers in the back complaining about what i ordered saying “who orders it plain” very rude employees on top of that the atmosphere was disgusting dirty tables dirty floors no one cleans and there was flies everywhere I don’t ever write reviews but this was a disgusting, repulsive and rude experience I spent almost 30 dollars an didn’t eat anything do better

They constantly make you park around the front so they can clear their times and make them look good, the. I sit here in the parking lot for 10 minutes waiting for 2 happy meals.
My partner and I placed a Mobile Order after our shift at work, and when we arrived at the drive-thru and provided our order code, the McDonald’s employee rudely told us to “just go to the second window.” Once we reached the window—after waiting behind another car for 5–10 minutes—we discovered that our order hadn’t even been pulled up or started yet.
To make matters worse, the employee then spoke with her coworkers and incorrectly blamed us for supposedly cutting off another car in line. We were the only customers at the time we gave our code, so that was clearly not the case.
After an unnecessarily long wait, we finally received our food, only to find that it was poorly prepared. The hot fudge sundae was made incorrectly, the sandwiches were thrown carelessly into the bag, and one was even half unwrapped. The food itself was stale and unappetizing—the bottom bun on my burger was hard and crunchy. (There was also a hair in our nuggets 🤢)
This experience was extremely disappointing. I sincerely hope that the staff at this location can receive proper training in both customer service and food preparation to ensure future customers don’t have a similar experience.

Found hair in my sausage mcmuffin thos morning. Smh.
They also allow people to bring non service dogs in the restaurant. Ppl have allergies and just don't want dogs sniffing and walking around while we are eating.
