Slow, always have to wait long at this location no matter have far in advance I place my order. Then I am almost always asked to pull into a spot from the drive thru despite getting 1 meal

I had an experience at the drive-thru of this location that I believe could be improved. I ordered 20 nuggets but only received 10. Upon noticing that the bag felt unusually light, I checked and confirmed that I was missing another 10 nuggets. When I brought this to the attention of one of the employees, I overheard a team member stating that the order was correct. I returned the bag as she requested, and upon checking, she saw that while her monitor indicated 20 nuggets, there were only 10 in the bag.
Additionally, I asked for a couple of dipping sauces, but was only given 1 and they said there would be an extra charge for them. I also found the way the burgers were wrapped to be less than ideal. I believe that addressing these issues could enhance the overall customer experience at this location.

Most unwelcoming place I've ever been. Plenty of staff zero greetings zero acknowledgment until your order is ready! I had to use the kiosk because no one paid attention! Literally three employees had to walk right by me not once did anyone acknowledge me or greet me! There were plenty of opportunities for people to say hello and welcome or can I help you will be with you in a minute nothing, absolutely nothing!

I ordered a big Mac in the drive thru and the gal was very rude for some reason. She was the one with a tattoo on her left forearm with mostly writing on it. Also I made no substitute to my order, I guess a big Mac doesn't come with lettuce or cheese anymore. Fry's were ice cold and I only live 6 minutes from this location. I guess this is what happens when you have teenagers run the business.

upon arriving the cashier was impatient and impolite, the fries and nuggets were cold and i even bit into a piece of uncooked chicken. the hot n spicy and cold coke passed the vibe test that’s about it
Had 3 bugs in my drink this morning, easily visible when they handed it to me. Luckily it was an orange juice and I easily saw it. Staff returned my money. But that's disgusting, I'm tired of fast food being scrappy quality and not how it used to ve.

The workers at this restaurant are lazy and don’t want to help. Today after waiting several minutes a young worker said I needed to use the kiosk to order, I said not happening and left. Kiosks there are a pain in the butt and are frequently glitchy. Managers there are just as bad!
