Tonight Jennifer Q. Went above and beyond. I’ve been to the specific McDonald’s so many times and they have forgetten food and were rude when I came back or called about it. Tonight Jennifer Q let us know the ice cream machine was broken but she substituted that with another dessert instead of sending us out with nothing. This was an already paid app order. She’s fantastic and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

By far the best service I have ever received at a fast food restaurant. Patricia at the front counter was so pleasant and wonderful, her interactions with other customers were top notch. We had a fantastic breakfast and thanks to Patricia, she made our day.

The drive through moves quickly. The staff is polite and the building is clean. The only issue is you will almost never get your food at the window. Almost every time you go through the drive thru, you have to pull into a spot and they bring it out to you. Even small orders.

I order 2 Mcgriddllers, 2 hash brown, and 2 small orange juice and they told me to pull up to the second window. The cashier said 29.98..I paid but order the exact combo before and it wasn't that high. I paid with my card and they didn't give me a receipt. I pulled off and got home and the order was correct but no receipt in the bag or on the side of the bag either. I call back and ask to speak to a manager and a young lady said I can help u. I said, Are u the manager and she said yes. I explain everything and she said it would add up to 30 dollars. I said okay and hang up but something didn't sound right so I call a different McDonald's but in the same area and ask to speak to the manager. I didn't tell her about my experience and just explain if I order 2 combo Mcgriddllers meals with orange juice what's the total with taxes. She said 22. 54..i call a nother store and they said the same but this time i mention what happens and she said u was over charged and it should have never been almost 30 dollars. I call back the location I order from and ask to speak to the manager again and this time this was some one different. I told her we spoken earlier and she said it wasn't her. I ask her what's the prices with taxes and it was totally different what I was told before..she tried to say for a small or mid it's 6 dollars. I never known arizona McDonald's to charge six dollars for a small or Med drink. You can pay that much for a gallon at the grocery store or less. I don't think she was the manager either and everyone was lien because I heard a person in the background said the manager not in yet. She also mention to me I pull up your receipt but we can't give it to u and u can get it. I said huh..she didn't make any sense. I always come to this location because I love right across the street but I willnt anymore unless it online pick up order. I price my order at this location online and it was 18.76. I have experience multiple times waiting for my order inside a hour or longer wait when it was just two or four people and didn't complain and said thank u after. This was the last time I will visti this location after two years of being a customer. I may do online pick up order and that's a big maybe. Know refund offer or anything smh... oh almost forgotten about over these pass years order be wrong

Was the only person in the drive through to watch someone else pull up and get served and order before I had even been spoke to. Thata annoying what's the point of being first in line if someone else can pull up after you and get served before youm

It shouldn't take 15 minutes or more to sit in line to get to the pick up window. They need provisions to bypass the "Pay Here" window for online orders. Also, they need to train their staff to honor posted deals. A "free" hash brown with a McGriddle was charged as a meal!

Pricing is too high. Had good staff at one point. $14 for two hasbrowns, one medium orange juice. Ronald McDonald definitely has the Hamburgler working again. At these prices, there are better alternatives. McDonald's, stay in your price point lane. I won't get anything else. Too expensive

Dietary restrictions: Hit or miss on removing items from order. And regardless it will still be stuck anyways. Ask to remove pickles, you'll still get the pickles or the pickles juice.

This is by far the BEST McDonald's I've been to anywhere In the valley!! Nothing but exceptional service! Food it always hot and fresh and thats hard to say for most McDonald's let alone any fast food these days! From breakfast to lunch menu I've never been disappointed once. I've came at 5am and at lunch all the staff has been extremely pleasant and kind! I recommend this location to everyone!

This place is $2/$3 more than the new one around the corner on Bell Rd. Come to think of it, the one by my house is about $3 cheaper too. Why are they charging elderly sun city people more?

I love McDonald's breakfast and wish they would extend the breakfast hours or return to serving breakfast all day. I believe they will make more money that way because their breakfast is the most delicious thing on the menu.
