Not enough staff, the person taking orders has to fill the orders as she ran back and forth. The manager on duty was not helping, she just sat in a booth in the back with someone. Dirty bathroom, cold fries in the Happy Meal and long wait time.

I went here for lunch I ordered the mcCrispy chicken sandwich to get the monopoly pieces when I got home they didn’t give me the game piece the chicken tasted like it was old and had no flavor. Also the bread was burnt.

Went through drive thru and got parked. There was another car waiting, and the passenger finally got out and went in to get their food. We waited 15 minutes outside and our food was never brought out. Went inside, my number was cleared from their screen And the food was just sitting on the counter. Asked why it was just sitting there and the two employees in front just shrugged their shoulders and said they didn't know. Worst customer service at this store.
