A horrible experience with this McDonald's! Wanted the $5 dollar McDouble meal, the incompetent short female employee stated we don't have that anymore. Why didn't she say, it went up by $1 to a $6 dollar meal. So asked for a mc Double, she said we don't have McDoubles. She never said we have new value meals. The worst customer service ever at a McDonalds! She seemed lost and defensive plus the accent made it challenging. She should be fired for her rudeness and attitude to a customer. Too bad husband didnt walk out or ask for the manager. Plus, the food was overcooked and expensive. The fry containers were 1/2 full. No wonder this location gets low reviews. Corporate should be ashamed having the name of McDonald's on this location!
I'm a regular customer at this McDonald's due to its convenient location near my workplace, but my last three visits have been consistently disappointing. Despite the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere, the food quality has been significantly below average.
On my most recent visit, I received cold sandwiches that tasted as if they had just been taken out of the fridge. The fries were stale, dry, and appeared to be old. After requesting a replacement, the new order had the exact same issues – cold sandwiches with dry cheese and stale fries.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and focuses on improving the food quality to match the standard of the staff and location. I would love to continue being a regular customer, but these consistent issues are a major concern.
Drive up service is faster than eating in. Been waiting 15 mi utes for our food.

The crew didn’t seem to know what they were doing. I ordered an iced coffee and a medium caramel iced macchiato..and this is what they gave me. Correct me if I’m wrong, but does this really look like a medium size? 🤔 I asked the lady if it was medium, and she said, “Yes, that’s medium.” This is my first time receiving a “medium” this small from McDonald’s. 😂
The old lady at the counter was extremely rude after I drove through the drive through and was not given my sauce. I went inside and simply asked for sauce and I was given extreme attitude by her. “What did you order because there’s supposed to be to sauce in the box” I said “yes but i was never handed sauce” and she just continued to give me attitude asking if I placed an order after I told her I drove through the drive through and kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak. Horrible service!
Half a slice of bacon on a $7 bacon bagel sandwich.

The only time I go to McDonald's is for my daughter...I hate it and don't ever go for any other reason.....20 mins plus through the drive through, food is bad, order is usually wrong....for the same price, better service and food anywhere else...

Slowwwwwwwwww, no customer service never go thru the drive thru you will die waiting in line. Don't waste your time or money.
If you want your food fast then this is the perfect place! But if you want workers who are rude, ignorant, and all around doing a half-assed job, then you got that too! I have only met two workers here who are nice. One morning guy who's sweet and professional, and another girl who has amazing nails, a nice smile, and a calm demeanor most of the time. Anyone else here is a teenager who has an attitude worse than a two year old child, or an older teenager with an even worse attitude than that. They are always mad at each other. They practically throw my order at me sometimes, and I again emphasize THE ATTITUDE. I have worked fast food, minimum wage, and other jobs just to get by. Customer service jobs are hard. Especially fast food, but there's a difference between making a mistake and hiring the worst people around. I would not have even CARED, because I get what I pay for, but when I lost my voice and they got my order wrong, they took advantage of the fact that I literally could not speak up. I can only imagine what other people might feel who have permanent conditions that make things like ordering or getting food difficult, and the fact that they took advantage of my inability to fight back is sickening. There's something really wrong with how this McDonald's is managed and it needs to be fixed. I'll be at the McDonald's the next road down from now on. Do better...
