This locations workers are clueless to how things work, placed a mobile order for breakfast at 10 and we get there and are in line and physically see the menu change to lunch, and when we pull up to the window they say our order cannot be processed which is wrong being that we placed the order 30 minutes before lunch even came around, they should have had the order being made being that they still had breakfast, this location is awful do not recommend.

It does not matter how long you wait in the drive thru plan on parking and waiting for you food. There hasn't been 1 time that we have visited in the last couple months that our order doesn't take at least an hour and fifteen minutes from start to finish. It's not even faster to mobile order. I literally mobile order from home and still over an hour wait. Food is regular quality just as mcdonald's always is. Staff is fine the wait is just crazy

I wouldn't typically review Mickey Deeeez BUT this is a particularly nice layout & I love the gaming table and wipes. The restrooms were spotless and the staff was great. No complaints! Bravo.

I went through the drive through and everything was all good when i got my food and came home i noticed they didn’t put half the stuff we had ordered in our bag, we paid for it and everything but they didn’t give us our food, we tried to call the place but it doesn’t let us call them, so upsetting.

Girl employee screaming obscenities in the kitchen in front of my kids. Manager walking through kitchen while she shoves food in her mouth. Ice cream machine broken. Bathroom so gross I wouldn’t let my dog use it. I let the manager know the bathrooms were awful and her response was “k”. Trashes overflowing. Half the tables dirty when the dining room was completely empty. I honestly don’t know how McDonald’s employees get paid so much to do literally nothing.

My partner and I have, over the last three years, driven through this McDonald's for numerous meals. Until recently, it was a hit or a miss. During the last two or three months, we have been served undercooked burgers (with pink meat) at least three times. Items in the order have been missing, i.e. fries, sauces for McNuggets and burritos and breakfast pastries. Today, we drove through, ordering a double cheeseburger with extra ketchup, a quarter pounder with cheese, a fry, an apple pie, and two soft drinks. When we got home and began to eat our meals, the burger with the extra ketchup was fine but the quarter pounder had a slice of pickle, three faded dots of ketchup and two of mustard and one side was almost raw. When I drove up to the window to pick up the order, I was asked to wait a few moments as the food wasn't quite ready. This was fine by me. After a few minutes, the girl handed them to me and I was off. I believe the cook was in too big of a hurry to get the food out the door. It would have been better to have me park in front of a number to wait until the food could be properly. Burgers should be done to the point of have some crispness on each side - this is the essence of their flavor. I know a little about this. I worked in the fast food industry for six years. Sorry to be so negative.

Workers seem friendly, order chicken nuggets extra crispy and fries, got the order nuggest where mushy and fries ice cold went back to have fries redone and for some reason they gave me colder ones, save your money go to a different establishment poorly ran store.
