I ordered food for my kids, waited 13 minutes, and someone who ordered after me got their food first. I saw the staff just chatting and taking their sweet time. I had to go ask about my order because it looked like it was just sitting there. Once I asked, they finally started making it fast. Do better and make sure staff put their phones away, and not in their back pockets. Plus, my kids' food wasn't even fresh, even after I waited 13 minutes.

The food is good and service is decent, but these employees need to start wearing gloves or they need to be more aware of sanitation. I am witnessing a young lady constantly scratch her face and text on her phone...disgusting!! She is the one handling the food! Just gross!!

Literally gave me food poisoning and I haven’t been out of the bathroom today. I got a simple $5 meal deal and it messed me up the second I was finished with the food. Dont come here unless you want to spend the rest of the day paying for it.
I haven’t eaten at McDonald’s in a long time I went there got a hamburger. It was disgusting. Didn’t even taste like a hamburger. I took one bite and threw it in the trash . I got an orange juice as well but now when you order a large, it’s actually a medium, but they still charge you for a large. It was fine. The place was clean and the employees were nice, but as far as his food goes, I won’t eat there for probably another 5-10 years. And only as a necessity.
I have been waiting 30 mins for a mocha frap. I watched them bump all the orders to keep the time down. Now they are scrambling not sure what to do. Highly not recommended eating here until proper management can keep them going
So first order they got everything wrong! Did not get half our oder and what we did get was wrong as well so we tried re ordering our entire again to get it as we ordered it oh but no couldn't handle it back to back! Everything wrong again and missing half our order again. Meanwhile being charged double and double tip for two drivers. Now we have spent more than $35.00 for two cheese burgers and 6 PC nuggets that we never got. Managers non existence and kids working that don't give a crap too busy on there phone's and getting a pay check for doing nothing and no accountability. All staff should be fired and close local! With prices today we can't afford to pay that much for nothing!! The location in Walmart at prasada Waddell and cotton lane!!! Surprise az.

The front counter staff lacked any kind of customer service skills. They acted like they hated their jobs. Mumbled with no eye contact. Will avoid this place in the future.
I suggest management send them to week’s schooling at the In-and-Out Burger to learn how to treat people and smile.
