This is the most dingey mcdonalds I've been to in a while. You can always count on the seating area/drink area to be disgusting and unkempt. If you order a drink here, don't. Their soda fountain is always out of syrups and ice. I can't find a time that we've stopped here and that wasn't the case. Despite having employees pacing the back room seemingly having nothing to do.Parking: Inside a grocery store, plenty of parking.Kid-friendliness: I wouldn't necessarily consider this location as kid friendly. The seating area is small due to location and if you're waiting for food there isn't a great area for that either which can be hard if you're trying to corral your kids.

While the staff is busy making food we saw two workers scratching their head and one on the phone while customers waited for drinks and food. The ice Ben is very dirty I can’t imagine what is in it besides ice . Sad! I have pictures if the owner wants to see them.The owner should have cameras to monitor the worker’s.

The McDonald's on Glendale and Litchfield is very unkept.The major makes sure the food is out in a timely manner, the drink area had dried up sticky liquid residue. Behind the counter, were paper bags and French Fries all over the floor. What a mess!That's a Management issue.

For the last two years, every time I go to this McDonald’s to get ice cream the machine in down. The manager she acts like she doesn’t care. She’s more worried about sharing her weekend plans to her kid employees rather than find a solution. Ice cream should not be hard to get at McDonald’s. This is a billion dollar company.Kid-friendliness: Adults like ice cream just like kids.
I gave it 4 stars for atmosphere because schools in session, so now all the kids are out n about being kids after school thinking it’s cool to hang out at McDonald’s smh. Everything else though on point.

I just placed an online order with a Lg iced coffee, Lg drpepper, and a 10 piece chicken nugget meal. When they called out my order I notice I didn’t have any of my drink, they gave me the cup for the soda but said they didn’t have any ice to make the iced coffee, tho the machine for the sodas had ice, instead of walking a few steps to put ice in a cup they decided to not even make it, I didn’t even get a refund they just sent me out the door. So not only are they too lazy to make the ice coffee that I paid for they didn’t even issue or even offer to refund my drink or even replace it with another. Very disappointing.
