Drove thru to get my grandkids a Happy meal after school. We received what we ordered with a little extra. Only asked for 1 order of fries in each, but received 2. All and all it was a great experience!

This location is too chaotic. Sometimes it can be a task to get an order placed as there is usually a line. If you come here, get use fo using the app. I find it faster, plus the app has perks.

I have seen that this location will sometimes stop serving early. We wanted to get some happy meals for the kiddos but they said they were closing when it was barely 9:30pm. Also, I know people want to go home, but it's quite annoying that the dining room tends to close around 8:30 or 9:00pm. If you come here late, don't plan on having a place to sit.

For a new McDonalds, it's the same old crap. Ordered breakfast and asked for hot food. Received a luke warm McMuffin with a cold hashbrown. Won't be going back. The BEST McDonalds in the area is inside Walmart on Grand. Don't go to this McDonalds.

Service was awful. I was charged for a medium Caramel iced coffee latte and I was provided a small iced coffee latte and when I asked the representative why my latte was so small she justified the reason due to a size change of the coffee, which was totally incorrect. I tried to explain that the size she served my coffee in was the orange juice cup, not the coffee cup, but she refused to listen and did not change my medium size order I paid for. I was not provided any correction from customer service representative at this. McDonald’s don’t go here. It’s terrible although it’s brand new.

Slow service . To go orders have a longer line then the drive through . Everytime we leave we always have to double check as they always miss items .

They are working really slow, taking our time away. I some Wallmart employees getting free cups to drink from, why dont we the customers get a free drink???

So many errors and no accountability or apologies from the staff. First off, every time I come here and ask for the most simplest request, it is NEVER correct. All I asked for was a hot & spicy with pickle added. I get more order and no pickles. I had to give it back to them and have them add it. Here’s where it gets worse; my boyfriend had ordered just a normal hot & spicy as well and never received it. We waited for over 15 minutes and the manager with glasses and facial hair looked at us, asked him if he was still waiting and provided 0 updates on what was going on, just turned around and made other orders. All the employees were gathered in the back doing nothing and pacing around. Keep in mind it wasn’t until another worker clocked in and asked what we were waiting on. We told her and she instantly gave us the hot & spicy. It was sitting on the counter on their end!! There is NO reason anyone should wait over 15 minutes for a dollar sandwich. As an old fast food manager myself, I would know better than to leave a customer waiting and provide no updates or communication on what’s going on. If it’s cooking, that’s fine, but for the love of God TELL US. Don’t just stand there and ignore! It’s so disrespectful and to not even own up to your error and apologize? It’s beyond me. So disappointed with todays service. What tops all of this off is this place wasn’t even busy and there was no rush during this. Unacceptable. Please communicate with your customers so they know as to why they’re waiting, and if you made an error as to clearing the screen and missing the order, learn to apologize to the customer for your wrong doings.
