Encountered an issue with Doordash. Staff took it upon themselves to go above and beyond, comping the order as a resolution to Doordashes mistake. It was an unexpected gesture and greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this store. Delicious pizza, great service!

The service and workers suck. We have a dairy allergy and we ruined the persons day becuase we asked then to get new bacon and other topping becuase there was cheese in the container that were out and my brother is severely allergic to dairy. We got our food and when we asked for extra plates half of them were dirty. The floor and bathroom was covered in toliet paper and other stuff. The employees were eating in the food preping area. The food prepping area was disgusting. Overall this restaurant need to be visited by the food department. The ADA need to check this place out too since the bathroom from the outside is not wheelchair accessible becuase of the narrow hallway.

We love the pizza but as new as this place is, it is pretty dirty. We found the one table that was not dirty. Another customer went up and said all the tables are dirty and ask for a wrag. They actually gave her one instead of going and wiping them off. Great pizza just need training on cleanliness.

Higher prices with worse service.. we love MOD Pizza but this last time was not good. For two of us, it was $45. We each got a 11” mod pizza and a salad to share and one drink. The service was not good; very confusing. The people working didn’t know what went in the salad I chose. A lot of confusion. By the time you pay, you’ve already committed to the product so you don’t really get to question anything. I did some investigating and sure enough they’ve jacked up the prices. I thought everything was about $2 dollars more than it used to be, the small/mini salad was $10! We won’t be back at these prices. The music they play at MOD is also obnoxious and way too loud.

Complete incompetence. They threw away the names on the pizzas of several orders... They said it's not their problem when everyone is trying to find their orders. Horrible attitudes, horrible training for the manager who was very unhelpful . Shut the place down or run it right!

We arrived at MOD Pizza at about 245pm on Thursday. The place was trashed. Dirty plates and bowels on most of the tables and the ones that didn't have dishes had food crumbs. There was a sleeve of lids for cups on the counter since the dispenser was empty and the countertop was filthy. We had already ordered so we wiped a table ourselves and tried to make the best of the environment. I went in to the restroom. There was no toilet paper or paper towels.... when I approached to get our food the staff was complaining about having to hurry and clean because the owners (the said the names of a man and a woman) were coming by. They cleaned around us as we ate. Our drinks tasted like dirt, I got Powerade so I dumped that and got Dr Pepper. It was the same so I'm guessing it's the ice. The machine probably hasn't been cleaned. Our pizza crust tasted like fish. It was disgusting. I ate a couple pieces and just tossed it. I didn't feel well after. The time before I went in there it also was not clean but it was fairly new so I chalked it up to being overwhelmed being a new place. The health department needs to come in here. I do not recommend eating here.
