I've had nekter twice now. Once I tried a smoothie, this time I got a green juice. I'm giving it four stars for the health benefits. They aren't your typical smoothie shop. The smoothies are watery and the flavors aren't that great. I prefer robeks but nekter is great for the nutrition profile. They are a bit pricey. Good if you're healthy conscious but if you're the Jamba juice type you won't really like them.

I placed an online order for an açaí bowl and it said my order would be ready at 12:56. When I went in for pickup it wasn’t ready. I sat down to wait, and didn’t receive my order until almost 1:30pm! Meanwhile I watched several other people place orders and receive theirs before mine. And on top of that my order wasn’t even correct. I won’t come to this location anymore. The location on bell is fast and efficient. My order is always made right. Food is too expensive nowadays to be playing with people’s time and money.

The customer service is lacking. Of all my visits they: 1) don't greet the customer 2) have not asked if I was ready to order 3) have not offered to make recommendations 4) have not asked if I had a mobile order
I'm not sure what their customer service model is, but due to the consistency in lack of service, I would draw the conclusion that it is not their first priority.

I purchased the week of July 9th. My 3rd time for pickup at the location. I will be back. The Dysart location doesn’t give me good vibes as I enter that store. I will be back to this location often. Whoever makes the bowls or trained the staff is on point.
