This place has gone downhill. Dirty and cockroach infested. I had a roach crawl by my feet when I was eating and at that point just left. We won't be back. Service isn't very good there now, either.

Went there today for brunch and a sewer roach (very large) 🪳 ran Thur the dinning room to the front hosts stand. I had to leave right away. After I left I called to let them know what happened and they seemed as if this happened often. There seemed to be no care that I had mentioned the roach. I am glad my child noticed it and that it happened before our food arrived at the table. Before the roach incident the waitress seemed bothered by our table. I later heard her speeching with another table about being overwhelmed by 6 tables being sat at the same time. I hope that the new management can get these things under control because it does affect the dining experience. Unfortunately for me and my family we will not be back at AZ diner because if there are roaches in the dining area I can't imagine what's in the kitchen.

Food Came out fast and good, The service was amazing I didn't know what to expect since I am from NY, but it was very good. I ordered the New York Rib Eye steak and my wife ordered the Corn beef potatoes and eggs, both were very good.

Nick's Greek Skillet was delicious as was the Saganaki (fried kasseri cheese set on fire at your table). I ate the whole thing and now I'm ready for a nap 😎.
Staff were warm & friendly. Restrooms were very clean.
Definitely add AZ Diner to your "want to go" list! (Note: sign on the building says Nick's diner.)
UPDATE: We've been in town for 7 days and have eaten here 3 times. Excellent every time!
