What a delightful change from the corporate giants! I've never had ricotta on pizza, it was terrific. Limited beer and wine list but a great experience nevertheless

This establishment used to be one of our favorite places so much so that we chose to order several pizzas for my son’s birthday party. After over an hour past the delivery time they called and said their was an accident and the delivery driver would be there soon. Totally understand things happen (keep in mind we only live 5 min from the location and checked maps surprise is small and showed no traffic slowing) I told the manager I wanted to make sure the pizza would at least be fresh for my guests so if they had to remake it then do so. She guaranteed me it would and if not to call her which made me question things. The pizza finally arrived and it was old, but everyone was starving by this point so we served it. My guests even made a comment and said have you ever tried US pizza? We let the manager know about our disappointment and her response was we will send you a voucher in the mail. We never received that... we chose to pay over 100 for three pizzas, I could have ordered from any other place and paid less and gotten better quality and service. The worst part is it ruined my son’s party.

We had pizza and wings here tonight and they were amazing. We had the Mott Street Meat Lover pizza and 24 wings. I've been in Surprise for 14 years now and this is by far the best pizza in Surprise. Also, our waitress Avery and Manager Amy D. took great care of us. Super nice and polite. Five stars for sure. Thank you, thank you....

NYPD pizza is the best pizza in the west valley. I have tried multiple places and nothing beats NYPD. The dough is the perfect consistency and a large pizza is certainly large. My favorite order is a half buffalo chicken pizza and half supreme style. Do not worry, I do not forgot the cheesy garlic knots.

My husband and I ate here for the very first time tonight. We were seated right away when we got here. Our server came over very promptly to get our drink order. We had the fried zucchini and honey hot wings to start. They were a amazing!! The wings were cooked just right. Tender and juicy, not fried and dry like most places. Zucchini was a tad under salted but so good!! Better to be under salted than over... they were the best I've ever had honestly. Not soggy like some places but nice and crispy!! We ordered a 1/2 bbq pizza 1/2 buffalo because we couldn't decide which one we wanted. Both were very tasty! BBQ was better in our opinion though. The sauce was so good. The server was quick and always kept our drinks full. She was very sweet and helpful! We had the zeppoli sundae for dessert. The dough balls were perfectly cooked as well. Not too soft not to crunchy. I'm honestly very impressed with this entire experience. I've been in the restaurant industry for years so I'm pretty picky. My only wish was that we lived closer so we could come back more often 💙

Our server was nice when he took our order but his service was extremely slow. I ordered a salad and they used a huge bowl to hide the true size.Very skimpy with toppings. I asked for garlic salt and never got it. We told him we didn't like the pizza and did not offer anything. We asked for a box and waited 10 min before another server brought us one. We're done! 😡
First time trying this place and I really dug it. Pizza was delicious and mozzarella sticks or triangles (I forgot) were great. Atmosphere very casual and staff and service very friendly and great. Good on refills and checking if everything was good with us. Nice chill spot for pizza with the wife.

Delivery was 27 minutes late and the driver drove like a j**** There was such a small amount of sauce on the Spaghetti that I had to heat up sauce from a jar to use.
