Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

Our family went to the Olive Garden on Grand Ave in Surprise yesterday, 3/22/26, we clearly had the best waiter in Christian in the room. I'm retired Navy in my 50's been to plenty of restaurants, and Mr. Christian was just a genuinely polite young man, great eye contact, listening skills, he came by our table 2 or 3 times to check in and didn't make us wait to long for our to go bags and final bill. I told the manager about our experience, sounds like he's just starting to waiter. Ask for Christian as your waiter, take care.

Extremely disappointed. The spaghetti was overcooked and sloppy, and the sauce had no depth. The Chicken Parm was burnt and then buried under cheese to hide the quality. For the price, the food was way below basic. Salad and breadsticks with one meal, addl plates to share salad $7 more. What happen OLIVE GARDEN? Now its over priced. We won't be back or recommending this place

I don’t usually leave reviews or go out to eat often, but I felt this experience needed to be shared.

Unfortunately, my visit to Olive Garden was very disappointing. I found a hair in my spinach dip, which immediately ruined my appetite. On top of that, my order was incorrect when it came out.

I do want to mention that our server was amazing. They were kind, attentive, and did their best throughout the situation. This is not a reflection of their service at all.

Overall, I was really let down by the food quality and the overall experience, especially for a place I expected better from.

Julia saved my infant son from choking, food was good, heroes work here.

The night started out at around 8:45ish, for a meetup date. We our server, Jeff was persistent and keeping smiles on the table. He kept the energy going and was a great server. Jeff was on top of his game- he was calm, professional and friendly. He took his time with his craftsmanship as a sever. Jeff joked around and had great communication styles. The date went really well and I want add that Jeff was a great part of it. Me and the other person, ended up talking for a while. All the way until closing time- Jeff was amazing the time in-between. Checking in on us and giving big smiles.

I want to say that, I was going to leave a review within the restaurant but the tablet timed out when talking to the other person. So Jeff needed to be recognize somehow 🤷‍♂️😂

Overall, I want to thank you Jeff for your friendly environment and keeping smiles across the table.

Josh provided excellent service during our visit today. He was patient, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal. Everything came out correctly, It’s rare to get service that consistent and positive. We really appreciated it.

My wife and I had a great experience here and the service was excellent. Spent two hours enjoying appetizers, wine, and great food.

I had Therace as my server, and I cannot express how amazing of a server she is. She was attentive, sweet, and so incredibly lovely. The food was hot, and she was so incredibly fast too. I was having a rough day, and I cannot explain how insanely sweet she was. 100/10, I'd give her more stars if I could. Absolutely coming back.

We placed a takeout family order. Takes us at least 25 minutes to get to your location and you forget every freaking breadstick. My fault for not Double checking everything you did as you should’ve done your job to begin with now we have to wait another 25 minutes just to go there and get the freaking breadsticks just to wait at 25 minutes to get home with them all the meanwhile we’re not even eating our meal
