I called to make sure there was a patio before driving almost an hour here. Whoever answered the phone said yes, they have a patio. I leave soon after, with my family and my birthday crown on, and woman at the door says nobody is serving the patio it is closed. This discrepancy is negligent. And discriminatory honestly, as all 4 of us wore masks and we clearly don’t eat in public indoors. 2 hours of driving for nothing. Never eating Olive Garden again.

Awesome place! Daisy was our server and she went above and beyond
We usually have an absolutely great experience. Unfortunately, our last take-out left a deep hole in our expectations. My Zuppa Toscana was just a watery vegetable dish! Hardly any meat or potatoes! And since I had to pay extra for breadsticks that are free refill in the restaurant, im not about to waste my money here ever again. This was my wife's favorite restaurant, and after today, she will never want to get food here again

To start off our waiter Jeff, was spot on with everything, he went above and beyond to make sure the 3 of us were comfortable, and pleased with our visit. Too bad he's not in the kitchen because I don't think he would appreciate it if he knew what we were eating when it comes to chicken scampi at this olive garden. I recommend this particular restaurant and suggest you ask for Jeff as your name aiter because he is the reason this olive garden is a good place to come too. Kudos to you Jeff.Dietary restrictions: I am deathly allergic to cow dairy and when I told Jeff, our waiter, he made sure that I had plenty of choices on the menu and to top it off he made sure we left with a free dessert of our choice because it took so long for our meal to arrive to the table. Again, Jeff is the only reason I will ever return to this restaurant, btw I had the create your own pasta; angel hair, meat sauce and sauteed shrimp, not to shabby. Thank you Jeff, for your service, your dedication to your family and your dedication to the olive garden for the last 7 and a half years.

I usually never take the time to write reviews but WOW I had the honor of being serviced by Bre she was amazing and very attentive! Never had to ask for refills or call her over, she was constantly checking in on us (family of 6) and kept our cups filled. I will definitely be returning and asking for her again just amazing customer service. Thank you Bre.

I've been to this location on 2 separate occasions, it never fails service takes forever. 15 min to receive a drink order, 25/30minutes for an appetizer, the staff continuously places hot food and dishes in front of young children. Service is really slow at this location I won't come here again.

This place lost its luster.I was never a fan of how confined it is. The seating is too tight as it is unless you sit towards the back area by the family tables. Anyway, i went there with the hubby and we were sat down after 5 mins. Not bad! So when they sat us down, we saw a waiter in our area helping tables but he didn't look at us at all.7 mins in...the waiter is still helping other tables in our area, he glances at us but doesn't say anything. He continues to wait on others. 15 mins in we turn on our timer to see if this is our guy. 20 mins in...we got up and went to Longhorn steak house instead.I don't know if he knew we were in his seating area or the communication is beyond bad there. I'm done with this location. The last 4 times ive been here was unpleasant as well. Waiters slow to help or spend more time waiting on one group of people than others.
