Super nice staff, clean space, and the nutritional shake is delicious (Hello, Pina Colada!) There are a lot of options to choose from off the shelf for protein supplements, energy drinks, and other vitamins. They also have a lot of flavors and ways to customize your shake from a simple multi-vitamin addition to a full meal replacement.
When you have the chance, check them out! 😊

My daughter had a Unicorn (Secret menu/Cotton candy) smoothie and was very very happy with it. The girl that helped us was great as well. We will definite be back.
For years we have been coming into One Stop and we have used a nut free blender they have kept in the back because we are deathly allergic to all nuts and they have kept a nut free blender for people like us with severe deadly but allergies. Lately we have been going in there and the staff doesn’t know where to nut free blender is or that they don’t have one when we have been coming in for years and previously gotten the nut free blender. It’s a very serious thing and the staff as of late has been very argumentative, even though we ask if they could just call their manager and ask where the nut free blender is because we have been customers for 3 years and know that there was one in the back. Lost our business. Don’t go in if you have a nut allergy
