First time here. Employees were very friendly. I had the fried fish. It was very good, so was the macaroni salad. I enjoyed the veggies also, especially the cabbage. I would give 5 stars however I am not a white rice person.

Wait in drive thru line was over 30 min!

To start out, one cashier did not get our order right, waited about 40 minutes in the drive through for 2 small plates. When we got to the window, the other cashier was trash talking her co-worker on how she had a horrible accent and how she ruins orders left and right. Then proceeds to take our order AGAIN in the window. After everything, they get our order wrong. I come inside, and sure enough the cashier has an attitude because I demand my money back. Was rolling her eyes and giving extremely horrible attitude. Wasted my time here, (over an hour) and got zero food and a horrible attitude. Will never come here again and I suggest you don’t either.

Hi there, me and my children visited this place, I was not particularly care for the service, i was patience staff was new, but the chicken teriyaki was horrible, meat tasted old very old and tough I was too tired to bring back. Money wasted at least the drinks was fresh tasting. I will not return.

Very poor service. Was turned down ordering food an hour before they closed. They said they weren’t taking orders anymore and closed the front doors. They also started refusing drive thru orders.
Turned us away at 9 p.m. when the door says it closes at 10 p.m.
My opinion here is that the food is ok...however the place isn't well managed. The store needs better leadership and structure. I don't know if they have fixed their bathrooms or not, but other reviews mention they are disgusting. The drive thru is a gamble on your time. As a business owner myself, I would be ashamed if this were my business. It doesn't seem like they really care about this place, that's an absolute shame.

Very disappointing experience. I usually really like the food at Ono Hawaiian BBQ and have recommended them to others, but I tried the newer Prasada location for the first time today and will not be going back for multiple reasons. I put in my online order at 2:30 to be ready for 4:30 and when I got there I was told they were just finishing up but it wasn't done until 4:50. This issue itself wasn't a huge deal, but then I drive home and realize they only gave me 2 out of the 6 scoops of rice I had ordered for my family of 4, so I had to go all the way back and again they tell me they are just finishing up making some more rice so I wait another 10 minutes for that and then drive home again to sit down to a now cold and disappointing meal, I take a sip of my drink and it is completely flat, and I realize they shorted us on the amount of macaroni salad we purchased as well but I was not going to go back there for a third time, so I am just out that food I paid for. Additionally, I was picking the order up by myself which included 4 drinks and they had no drink trays, so I had to fill up 2 cups then go to the car to put down the food and 2 drinks then go back in to fill up the other 2. This carryout order that should have taken 30 - 45 minutes tops took over an hour and a half. The two girls working at the front were pleasant enough, so I am giving a few stars for their service despite the fact I had to make multiple trips and still didn't get everything I ordered. It wasn't even busy when I was there so not sure what the reason for the hold up both times was.

Worst service ever at Uno’s Hawaiian BBQ on Waddell and the 303. Stella literally threw the food at us like she couldn’t care less. No respect, no customer service. If this is how they treat people, I won’t be back.

Got there 45 minutes before close and they refused me service.
Pre- ordered food from this restaurant on July 31st 2025. Went to pick up said order at the designated time the app said to pick up. When I arrived was told the front was closed and that I would to go through the drive through even though the operating hours for both inside and the drive thru were listed and had 10 minutes before the inside was suppose to close. This was not that big of a deal initially until I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru for no one to come help me even though I had just spoken with the cashier inside. I then get out of the car and go up tp the front and knock on the window to which they said they could not find my order. I proceed to present them with the confirmation number and the address for the order that confirms this is the right location and that I did have an order through this restaurant. They then proceed to say that they gave our food away to the wrong person and that it would again take another 30 minutes for them to get our order. At this point it has already been 45 minutes for an order that was suppose to be done an hour ago. I asked for a refund to which they replied a manager would need to do but was not in the office. They said it should take 3-5 business days. I wait over a week and still have not received the refund. I call the store back and they said I would need to speak with a manager which once again was not in the store working (shocker.. not), I am then given a number to call to get this resolved. Speak with the general manager who said they would take care of it then wait another 3-5 days to which I still did not receive a refund, so I attempt an in person visit during normal operating hours and still no manager on duty. I am given yet another number this time to cooperate. After sitting on the phone for 45 minutes with cooperate they are able to identify that they have indeed not processed my refund and said they to wait yet another 3-5 days for this to resolve. The cooperate person even admitted that the managers forgot to do it and said they were pulled away all 3 times I called to get my return. I am not holding my breath I will se the return as this is the 4th time they said it would be refunded in a 3-5 day period. The staff and management at this location are lazy, incompetent, and inadequate of handling basic job functions and handling the needs of the customer. I will never be stepping foot into another ONO and will go out of my way to make sure to discourage everyone of the terrible experience I have had at this location.
Note: this is the 3 terrible encounter I have had on separate occasions with this specific Ono. This place is awful!
