Please train your team on customer service. Waited a long time to have someone come to the register to take my order. None of the employees reassured me that they will take my order shortly. They’re not welcoming.
Food is good but I have found the last couple of times that chicken is dry. Service was okay, normally it's pretty good but the guy who took our order today seemed totally uninterested. White fish was good.

Worst Hawaiian I've ever had. Lots of tendons and inedible fat in the chicken (see pics). I had the Island Fire Chicken and the sauce was mediocre but the chicken meat was terrible. At least one in five bites were unchewable. Mac salad wasn't great and I decided not worth eating. The staff looked as if they'd lost the will to live and really wanted to be somewhere else (classic sign of poor management). Very low energy. I would have complained to the staff but it looked as if they were already hating life. Salt, pepper, and napkins are behind the counter and had to be asked for. Best thing I ordered was the Diet Coke.
Terrible. So many better options around.

Great food, just hard to find a table since there are too few compared to how many customers they have. The food also takes a while to come out, due to how busy they are.
I thought Onos closes as 10pm not 9:45pm. Went to the drive thru at 9:45pm and didn’t even didn’t get acknowledged until 5 min later for a worker to tell me they are out of food??? And couldn’t serve me. Been going here since they opened and never had a problem but it seems like people will do anything to leave a shift early. Honestly ridiculous.

Rating is solely based on ownership and pricing… Food tastes great and is really good. However, the amount of meat they give you for their prices? Come on… I get that everything has increased in price, and I’ll pay your higher prices but I expect you to still give me a reasonable amount of meat instead of just cabbage; they call it veggies but it’s 98% cabbage.
Please fix this, people will start to catch on and not pay $16+ for rice and cabbage

This was my first time ordering to-go from this place. I decided to try it because my husband enjoys the combo plate here. In my opinion, the food was okay, and the portions were decent. Using a coupon made the price very reasonable for two plates. Without the coupon it’s pricey. Taste is subjective, to each its own taste buds so while I may not go back, my husband will likely be a return customer.

I'm now seeing reviews similar to my experience today Sat in the drive-through for over 20 mins The lady in front of me obviously knew the employee and they chatted and took a bit I pull up to the windows and everyone disappeared except the manager sitting at the desk behind the soda machine another 10 mins go by and other employees walk by and I look up and see the window girl taking trash out. My order was just sitting on the counter, so I knocked on the window. No one came, and then out of nowhere, 5 employees all started putting the head sets back on. Very disappointed What happened to greeting customers and following through on your duties .
