We generally go thru drive thru for an easy, tasty and somewhat healthy meal. Their food is consistently very good. Staff is always friendly.

If I could have the recipe for the Mac salad, I would be one happy mama! I adore this dish. All of the food is delicious…but the Mac salad?! Ooooof. You need a meal so you can try a side of this. Toddler approved. Me approved. Go try for yourself.
Other favorites: island fire chicken 🔥, kahlua pork, katsu chicken.

My husband and I went in there tonight for dinner and ordered the Fire and lemon chicken and christina, the regional manager made sure it was cooked perfectly. We will definitely be returning here. I regret not taking a picture. That's how pretty it was.❤️

Waited over half an hour after they said my food was ready to be picked up because the online ordering system is messed up and nobody knew how to double check anything complete waste of time and overpriced for what you get. Will not be going back and don't suggest anyone going there

Ordered the pork lunch plate. The meat was tender and delicious and the portion size was good. My only complaint is that the meat is served over steamed vegetables and there was a good deal of water at the bottom. Cool atmosphere and nice staff

Food is surprisingly good. Both Fried fish and fried chicken are very delicious, crispy outside yet still can get the juicy protein inside.

I just ordered lunch from Ono on Bell Rd.
A chicken katsu with white rice and broccoli.
The chicken (which is supposed to be chicken breast) was pink/gray, gristle all over...definitely NOT a chicken breast.
I received a whopping 2 pieces of broccoli.
This was awful. I will never order from this place again.

Don't order the kalua pork or your order will take over 45mins and they'll run out of rice. Crab rangoons were warm with our order and the grease pooled in the bottom of the container. Free refills so I got full on iced tea and didn't eat much of the food when it finally was ready.

I suppose the quality of the food in this case wasn't the issue. The time it took for the food to come however WAS. I arrived at 8:24 (a reasonable time) placed my order (TO GO) and didn't get my food until 9:10 (46 MINUTES LATER). I had to go up and ask if maybe they forgot my order because they started giving orders to people THAT CAME IN AFTER ME. And its not like there was an under abundance of workers either. There were 5 workers and only 2-3 groups of people in the restaurant. After checking with the cooks I heard them say that they didn't even start making the only unique item I asked for. On top of it all when my food came out it was wrong. Was given veggies when I asked for rice. For 46 minutes I could've sat down at a restaurant, had appetizers, had my entree, and have been looking at the desert menu, but for fast food?

Nice place. Interesting but food isn't that great and first time in got food poisoning. I think they've been dropping the chicken in the fish fryer.

The food and service were GREAT! The problem was the bathrooms are locked. And after a few minutes the reason was obvious. The “unhoused” use this place as their “chill” spot and as their personal drinking fountain. USING THEIR OWN DRINKING CUPS OUT OF THEIR BACKPACKS! This was while a staff member watched the whole incident while they were taking their break.
I suggest management do as other businesses that serve food: put a pitcher of water near the door so that the “unhoused” can get fresh drinking water without contaminating a public area. Or put the “drink station” behind the work area where only employees can have access.
Or have your employees take charge of their area and ask the “unhoused” to leave.
I won’t be back to this location.
