This was my first time visiting this location, and honestly, I was disappointed. I’ve tried many other Ono Hawaiian BBQs and never had this experience before. I had just bought my food and had to heat it up in the microwave because it was cold. The macaroni was really cold, the meat was dry, burnt, and had no flavor. Everything was dry and tasted different. The service was nice, but the food really let me down — I was craving Hawaiian BBQ so bad.

This was our first time going and really enjoyed the food and customer service was great very clean inside restaurant and the atmosphere was very enjoyable I got the teriyaki plant and it was super moist and tasted amazing and really easy for my 2 yr old to bite and chew so that's definitely a plus for me when you're little ones can enjoy the food too

It was decent, but not as delicious as the one in Avondale. You will notice a difference if you've tried the other location. The meat lacked flavor, and the macaroni salad was a bit too cold and also not as flavorful.

Great service at the drive! Ono is a healthier alternative to fast food. I enjoyed the Aloha plate. It was very hearty. The meat was cooked too perfection.

I came and ordered using the drive trough. They charged me 2.99 for a water, I did order a large water, but was never told they would charge me for a large soda. I waited 15 minutes and they had my order wrong and the lady was upset. Then they refunded me the money and charged me again for a mistake they made since from the beginning. They never apologized for the wait or anything. Gave me the food and I was on my way total of 25 min waiting on the drive trough. Not good at all, definetly not coming back. Food is good, but not worth the hassle...

I love it when the place looks open so you try to go inside and then end up having to wait in the drive-thru forever because multiple people then get into line before you.

My kids were excited to get one of those kids bags with their food and when we got the food it was just the regular plastic back and did not put the juices and apple sauce in there either we had to ask for them and said the kids bags were discontinued.. I think they shouldn't advertise something if they no longer carry it... plus they take for ever to give you your food.... kahu hawaiian bbq would never do this!!!!!
