Everything is pretty good, food can’t be perfect all the time with how everything has to be setup, but the teamwork and initiative the workers have was great. Especially having a long line with some tough customers I witnessed, their patience was admirable. Atmosphere was great, kept everything positive despite a complication here or there. Food tastes great, cooked of course, and only a minor coating tear in the shrimp, not a big deal. Customer service, great.

We absolutely love Panda express but rarely go any longer because they took our all time favorite dish off of their menu! Not happy about it at all! We used to go weekly but now 2 times a year maybe. The SWEET FIRE CHICKEN WAS THE BOMB!!! Now we might stop for a vege roll to tide us over until we get home to make our meal!

Messed up our order then refused to give my mom something the she earned in her Panda Express rewards app that she redeemed when we placed the order thru said app. My mom was very polite when that lady did not deserve the respect my mom has. Don't go Friday night they are clearly too overwhelmed to treat their customers right. Period.

Felt rushed to make food choices. Workers have little patience for indecision. At least the food was fresh and plentiful. The bigger plate side portion is always skimpy and never a full portion. The only reason I got it was because I had a reward to use.
Salama was at the register when we checked out and she absolutely embodied the art of customer service. With a beautiful smile on her face she made sure we were taken care of and had a great experience. She single handedly made our experience 5 stars.
This place opens at 8:30 am it's 10:15 am and 1/2 of the food isn't cooked. Empty pans. Had to wait and there's 12 customers waiting. Men's bathroom has no towels.

Will not be returning. My husband went to go get my order and they gave him the hardest time talking about DoorDash fraud. Ended up with soggy ass food for no reason because he was able to show her the order details and everything. Had to get on the phone and argue with them in order to get my damn food.
