I went to pick up a delivery here and had a bit of an odd experience. Not terrible but odd. Sometimes drivers are treated in a peculiar way from restaurant workers. The order was small and in the system before I got there, so I probably should have been ready when I got there. I waited patiently like usual after several orders got completed first. Then the young lady makes the drink for the order but only filled it halfway. I'm very lucky I caught it before leaving or else that would have been my whole tip gone, which wasn't amazing to begin with. Like I said, not awful but quite strange of an experience and makes you wonder.

I used to love Panda Express, but I’m DONE! The entree portions are almost nonexistent while they load up the filler (rice or chow mein). The Honey Hot Chicken is almost all batter with maybe a sliver of chicken. Never again.

The establishment appeared to be clean and well maintained. Unchecked repeated price increases combined with excessive portion control along with dismissive and disingenuous customer service are the trifecta hallmarks of failed guest relations. I just don't feel the quality is there anymore. Simply not worth what's being charged. My money spends anywhere and this visit was a mistake that l won't be repeating.

I was given all medium size boxes instead of large when I ordered a family meal. Sometimes I have to wait another 5mins or more even after I’m notified that my food is ready for pickup.
