Came in at October 19 at around 5-6 pm for a bowl of chow mein and rice. There were samples which was nice and resulted in my sister wanting to add a peach lychee to her order. We were late to get served. Our server Ashley V was just cleaning while we were standing there. She didn't greet us or nothing, and it wasn't even that busy. Few people eating; me, my sister, and another customer were the only ones in the line. I thought whatever, and she took our order after a few minutes. I thought it was kinda weird she kept asking if we wanted appetizers even though we kept saying no. She asked if we wanted anything else so my sister said the peach lychee. Total was nearly 18 dollars which was shocking! I paid for it blindly and only when I got home to check the receipt, I found she charged us twice for a single peach lychee. She only gave us one peach lychee, so where is the other one??? Overpriced, we were overcharged. Service seemed to only be indulged in themselves.

My company is constantly ordering the catering meals. We received them on time always and everything always taste very good. Today we asked if it could be prepared earlier than online suggested, and they were able to accommodate.

I wish I would have read the reviews first. My rice was burnt and once you taste burnt it's hard to remove that from your taste buds. They were out of some food selections and it was 11am.

It's always funny as an uber driver.... The store will make specific requests for uber drivers.... And then the employees will lock the inside and make you wait through the fifteen line car pile up. Funny enough.The instructins specifically say, do not wait in the drive through line, come in and pick up the items.... I guess the employees really know how to get jobs canceled

They close the door before closing time, why should wait in drive line with all that people ordering and waiting that’s not fair waste of time for ready to pick up orders and the staff never pay attention to you, there should be an extra pickup window for the ready order

I ordered on line a bowl with chow mein & sesame chicken & a cub order for fried rice & orange chicken. The bowls chicken was sparce & slimy and the chow mein was old & dry. Love Panda!!! They are always pleasent and never dissappoint. The most impressive point to me is the the food deck is ALWAYS clean. Never a speck of food lingers between the bowls of goodness. This just reinforces the fact that they aim to please the customer on a 10+ level.
It always smells amazing in there and is full of customers. The crew is attentive and serving with the utmost care. They will go the extra mile to see that you have a clean floor, good food and a pleasant experience!
