Overcharged and underserved. That is what this Panda Express is becoming. My only hope is doing an app order and praying they don't mess it up. I have never seen a manager or anyone in charge, just a bunch of employees running around asking each other for advice. Proper training and oversight are what they need.

We’re very disappointed and concerned after our recent visit. Everyone in our group who ate from this location ended up getting food poisoning shortly after. We experienced symptoms including nausea, stomach cramps, and vomiting.

We’ve always enjoyed Panda Express in the past, but this experience was serious and alarming. I hope management investigates food safety and handling practices right away so no one else has to go through this.

They have the scanner for the app and the card reader stations WAY too close to one another (as with every location). I had a BOGO bowl coupon that I was going to redeem, and the damn tap to pay popped up and paid full price for it all and the employee, nor the team leader would do a damn thing to rectify the situation, as I always thought that, as the old saying goes, "the customer is always right". Apparently not here, I won't be returning.

Gave my daughter projectile vomiting last nigh,that orange chicken was tainted as mentioned in another review same time frame^

Both ladies behind the counter where rude when they said It was a wait on the shrimp and gave me the last bit of orange chicken that looked old and I requested it to be fresh as well since I already had to wait for the shrimp and they where very rude about it. Especially the cashier Ashley. She told the other worker it was a waste and of course that I wanted it fresh.

Order three main online very little of first second beef brócoli missing third tino box! Not acceptable. Tried to call 303 & Waddell store where I picked up and got message: no one is available good bye. No receipt! Unacceptable!

You have an 80% chance of getting absolutely terrible food One out of five trips you get a decent meal through the drive-thru here I literally just came through and ordered black pepper steak and black pepper chicken I had like three pieces of steak and just a bunch of vegetables and the chicken was like absolute slop just nothing but a pile of mushed vegetables and rice size pieces of chicken it was absolutely terrible
