This is my go-to lunch spot when meeting up with coworkers. I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes for my food, with the typical wait time being around 5 minutes. There is even a digital board with order names and statuses, so you can see when your food is being prepared, checked, and when it’s ready. They have good deals if you sign up for their free membership and tons of food, drink, and sweet treat options!

Placed an order to dine in at the kiosk for bfast sandwiches. The order came out wrong for one of them so we asked them to correct it. It took 18 minutes to ultimately get the correct sandwich from the time it was ordered. The other person finished their entire bfast sandwich while we waited for the other one to be remade. The kitchen team made and served a ton of other people’s food/sandwiches and put the remake on the back burner until everything else was done. Then they didn’t even bring it out - just called our name. You’d think after making us wait nearly 20 min for their mistake they’d at least bring it out, offer a drink, or SOMETHING. Multiple tables were dirty. The manager walked by and saw the wrong item sitting there and didn’t do anything about it. Overall terrible experience.

A good friend was kind enough to pick me up a salad for my dinner. I’m down with a foot injury. It was supposed to be the Fuji apple salad. First there was no apple in the salad. There was supposed to be two dressings on the side which there was but between the two there was about two teaspoons. I certainly won’t be going here once I’m up & moving.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Save your money and go elsewhere. This is a photo of what I ORDERED and what I RECEIVED! Absolutely no advocado cheese or peppers and hardly any chicken. Practically $30 for 2 “sandwiches” of bread!!
