I had the avocado toast and Soufflés. Both were so good! I Went back for the Strawberry Basil Lemonade Fresca. It was tasty. 😋 my parents go there once a week or more and are always treated with kindness. The cashier in the morning is always so kind to them.

Wow! Prices have skyrocketed at Panera. Fam of 4. One sandwich each plus drinks was $78!!!! Food was sub par. BLT had 2 slices of bacon. Soup was barely warm. No service score because you place your own order and pick up your own food.

Cold Winter

This was honestly one of the worst food service experiences I’ve had.

I placed an order that never arrived — not once, but multiple drivers canceled without any notice or explanation. No one from Panera contacted me to let me know what was happening. I was left waiting, confused, and hungry. The only reason I even found out what was going on was because one driver finally told me the truth — everyone else just dropped the order without saying a word.

This is completely unprofessional, and it shows a serious lack of organization and customer care. If you can’t fulfill the order, at least communicate with your customer. Ignoring people and pretending like nothing happened is not how you run a reliable business.

I expected better from Panera. You need to do WAY better.
