Ordered takeout from in store kiosk. One salad was missing the added ingredient, and one was missing dressing. Not the first time things like this have happened at this location.

Absolutely horrible place!! Food takes forever to come out. Managers do not give a flying crap about their employees. Only one employee by themselves working on the line. I saw an employee get yelled at today! Treat your employees better!!

I don't believe this store is well managed.

So food is ok but the delivery drivers aren’t allowed to take cash tips. I guess you have to pay their tip with your debit card so it goes straight to the company first to be counted (or may not even give the whole thing who knows..). That’s so they can pay them less in the end. Employees if you see cash on someone’s doorstep for your tip take the cash. Cash tips are way bigger than the 18%. Read your instructions unless they hide them from you who knows..super sad and good luck!!

Kyle is by far worst manager I ever experienced. Order was messed up and was told to come back in to get it figured out and Kyle hung up on me and said no refunds after another manager got my name down and offered a solution . Kyle needs to be fired . And I am taking this to corporate !!! I love Panera bread but I hate this one

Went through drive thru during lunch break. Got all the way home 15 minutes later and found I was missing an entire main item. Started driving back and called Manager who said she would give us a pastry for the inconvenience... won't even cover my gas for the return trip but I'm trying not to be an asshole. On the way, I opened my sandwich to eat so it wouldn't get any colder than it already was. Such a sad ass sandwich, food from Taco Bell comes out better than that at a quarter of the price. I showed it to the manager and she gave me my money back for the sandwhich only out of the meal because it was a pick 2. Unfortunately, this is status quo for this location. Good thing there is a Zuppa's in the same shopping center, as that us where I am now going from now on.

How does Panera Bread justify? Charging customers for such Mini sandwich and a bag of chips $8.69. on their menu, this is supposed to be a small size, but it looks more of a mini than small. $9.63 tax included..that’s my first and last time take out the Panera bread. there are many other places my money can go further and get bigger portion.& I asked the young man In the kitchen if there’s any choice of chips beside the one there was including my bag? He tried to be funny with his respond no, it’s only one flavor, but you will like it. I asked him how do you know I will like it? how do you know what flavor I like? It’s definitely not the one in the bag. as I was walking away, he says I’m sure he would like it. This kid is not mature enough to be working in the kitchen interacting with customers.

I received a text saying my order is ready. Went to the pick up counter and told the girl txt says my order is ready. My order was chocolate chip muffie and a drink(ordered sou&salad prior to this) She then told me to go the the other counter to pick it up. Went to the other counter/cashier..patiently waiting for my turn and this girl wearing fuschia pink blazer was very rude and told me to pick it up on the other counter. No system?! Actually both of them are rude! This pink blazer girl put the muffin in their big white plate hahaha girl u usually put it in a small paper bag the one for pastry. Hahahah I asked them very nicely btw.

AVA SUCKS!!!!!! she needs to be fired immediately. rude attitude. not friendly. horrible customer service. she was giggling with fellow coworkers and came up to the counter with a snotty attitude. food was okay.
