Ordered a kids Mac n cheese and got it covered in what appeared to be beard hairs like someone shaved over the bowl. So gross!

Unjustifiable rip off. Paid $10.39 for this tiny half of a sandwich, and $7.99 for a cup of soup that was watery and flavorless. Food is not good enough to justify charging these prices for such minuscule portions. Big nope.

My wife and I tried lunch at this relatively new Panera a couple of weeks ago and everything was great. We have been back 2 more times and all the food is always delicious. Today we also purchased extra items to bring home for company we are having tonight. I especially enjoyed the Turkey Chile and 10 Vegetable Soup, wife said the broccoli cheddar was very good as well. We have been buying loaves of their fresh baked white bread to take home, much fresher and better than any bread we have purchased in local supermarkets, and they slice it thick or thin, whichever is your preference. The manager, think his name is Jayden, and the counter staff are all very nice and professional, which makes for a very pleasant dining experience. The coffee there is always fresh and very good as are the pastries. We will be going back often.

They have a wonderful employee who recognized that I was having a bad day and instantly turned it around with his kindness.

I went to this location the other night and was accidentally given the wrong sandwich, which was completely fine, accidents happen. What stuck out for me was when I called them they were so kind and quick to find a solution! I went into the store and they gave me not only a free sandwich, but a free pastry, and a free drink. This is the service I love to see. Shoutout to both Franky and Jayden they are both so great!!

This Panera is always wonderful. Great staff, very considerate and professional. I always ge true Green Goddess salad with light dressing and no tomatoes. They have never messed it up. We love their soups too. Last week the manager came around offering free pumpkin muffin samples. Yum! It was the perfect small dessert / sweet treat for after lunch. If they did this all the time, we'd eat here every Friday!!

I recently paid a visit to the new Panera Bread located next to the Costco in Surprise, AZ, an area that has seen an incredible surge in growth over the past few months. With a slew of new restaurants, shopping, and grocery options popping up, it's become a bustling hub for locals and visitors alike. Unfortunately, my anticipation was met with disappointment, particularly concerning the establishment's cleanliness.Despite it not being overly busy at the time of my visit, and an apparent abundance of staff on the floor, I was dismayed to find nearly every table dirty. Floors too seemed neglected, which left me questioning the oversight of management. Why weren't employees prompted to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for customers? This oversight on basic cleanliness did take away from the overall experience. It also made me question how clean the kitchen was.On a more positive note, the food was consistent with what I've come to expect from Panera Bread – okay, but nothing to write home about. It's a reliable option when in a pinch, though not my first choice. Personally, I far prefer the offerings at Wildflower Bread Company for their quality and ambiance, but unfortunately, there isn't one in this vicinity. Speaking of ambiance, there really isn't any at this location, it's pretty sad in fact. While the convenience and location of this new Panera Bread are ideal, especially with the exciting growth of this area next to Costco, the lack of attention to cleanliness was a letdown. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive nudge for improvement. A cleaner environment would certainly make the dining experience more pleasant.Parking: Plenty of free parking, but I really don't care for the way it is laid out, very difficult egress and ingress.

I have a little miscommunication when I placed my order for my staff, I spoke to Jaden and he solved it very professionally. Thank you, Jaden.

Panera is normally a standard that can be relied upon. Today 150% disappointment. I hesitated to provide review as the girl at the counter was clearly new and did not feel she was getting the support she deserved by the 'legendary coach' shirt wearing guy also in the front end. We ordered three breakfast sandwiches, three drinks and two bakery items -totaling $47.00. The store was not busy, one full table had been served and with no one in line. Here is the summary- we did not receive the two bakery items (but were charged), the three sandwiches lacked flavor, breakfast meat was near non existent for the size of the bread it was on (bagels and ciabatta) as well the cheese and egg were minimal. We ordered an iced coffee and not provided direction that it was self serve so we could have saved a few minutes prepping this, an Iced Americano which came with no ice and ended up having to dump 1/4 of it to make room for ice and after tasting, would not have considered it anything more than an iced coffee vs an espresso and water. Saving grace was the caffe latte. Really long story short, this store has some improving to do with training and order verification. Again, this by NO means was the cashiers fault, management has work to do to improve and maintain the Panera experience! 13536 N Prasada Pkwy Surprise, AZ 85388

For as much as they charge you, you would think that they wouldn't forget something that they charged you especially when it's just a couple of items you ordered in the first place. Once again they let me down and I will Never visit another Panera because of this. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This is the third time this has happened and there is no excuse. If you are a restaurant and are charging inflated prices then at least put the stuff in the bag that your customer ordered.

So, a friend of mine and I went to have lunch here and it was good. Four stars for the turkey chili not having adequate seasoning! Other than that it was pretty good. We ordered pick-2! We received our food in a good amount of time. It was clean and pretty big inside compared to the layout of the one on bell and Litchfield. The lemonade was delicious. Tart and tangy with sweetness, just how I like it! The avocado chicken sandwich had good flavor and everything.. I didn't care for the bread. I'm not a seed-in-my-bread type person! Nice and soft though. The customer service was nice. Courteous. The servers came around with goodies and a smile. I'd definitely have lunch here again and hopefully enjoy it again!

It is a brand new place. There was adequate parking. There was only a handfull of customers, so you could sit anywhere, except in a booth because there are none. There was no free wifi either. they were out of quiche so we ordered bacon, egg, cheese breakfast sandwiches. we only ordered regular coffee and were not directed to the drink station. When we found it, of course, the coffee was cold. There were only a couple packets of sugar and the half and half carafe contained only a little. There were no stirrers or spoons. When I brought this to the attention of staff, I was told they would take care of it. They did not. After quite some time, the sandiches came, small and cold, on a gigantic plate. My croissant was burned, and dry, with the tiniest egg and bacon you've ever seen. We were never able to get even a nice cup of coffee. After I went a second time to the counter and requested that the coffee station be serviced, they sent sonmeone out who couldnt even reach the items. Plus, he was so slow that if he had moved any slower he'd have been in reverse. It may have been on purpose. WE LEFT.

Won't be back to this location (13536 N Prasada Pkwy Suite, Surprise, AZ 85388). I ordered French Onion soup in a bread bowl, and it was less than 1/2 full of lukewarm soup with no cheese on top, and it was some of the worst soup I've ever had. The other 1/2 of the soup was on my tray. My two guests ordered the same chicken walnut sandwiches. The order taker didn't know what kind of bread was on the sandwich, and both sandwiches were served different bread, even though they were ordered exactly the same. The problem with this place is there is no adult supervision, and the staff is not trained. I'm usually a fan of Panara, just not this location.

Panera bread used to be a great place to go grab a good sandwich and some soup. They always had great pastry and some pretty good salads. However it seems that since they began all these other things like pizza, fried chicken , melts etc. The quality has gone down on all the original items.

The drive thru has had consistently good service! Sometimes it takes a little long, but when they apologize for the wait at the window and are genuinely nice, it makes up for it. Food is always good and my items are always in the bag. I will say prices are a big high but I don't know how much to blame Panera for that. That's bidenflation for ya.
