I ordered a xl new yorker extra Cupped pepperoni.andI got a very messed up looking pizza with hardly any Pepperoni on it And literally no sauce. This dummy tried to give me every excuse as to why my pizza had no sauce on it even tried to make it seem as it was my fault for adding Extra cheese smh this young punk knows he messed up my order and didn't care.I'm very disappointed with this location this is the worst pizza I've ever gotten from papa John's everything was messed up I honestly think this location needs to be shut down it's was that horrible By all means, stay away from this location. WAIST OF MONEY. NEVER AGAIN

We used to come to Papa John's a lot. Then their company started to have issues and we found another pizza place. Haven't been back. Their pizza is okay, never the greatest, but their customer service when they mess up, is spot on. They will take care of you.

Ordered a 3 topping pizza thin crust, worst pizza ever! Frozen pizza from the store would have been better! I asked for it to be extra crispy and it was extra not done!I also ordered wings no seasoning on them extra crispy! Soft mushy worst ever!Sorry you guys missed the mark!

Horrible service. I ordered a pizza and breadsticks for delivery and after waiting over an hour I called the store. The manager told me he was waiting for a driver and couldn't give me a time when my pizza would be delivered and excused the whole thing by saying my pizza had only been done cooking for 30 minutes.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I called before I placed an order and asked if I would be able to make modifications because the app wouldn’t let me, they said yes. Then I realized it was a different location so I called this one immediately after I placed an order on Uber and asked them to make the modifications ( only one with sausage for my friend and one just cheese as I’m allergic to sausage) the guy who answered put me on hold for 10 minutes and when he came back said it was to late they already made the pizza. I asked if there was anything they could do and he said no. Because of food cost he wasn’t remaking it and I couldn’t speak to a manager. Avoid this location at all cost they have so many terrible reviews. Clearly the management needs to get new employees because these ones suck.

Just a heads up, they don't accept cash orders after 9:00 p.m.. the employee mentioned something about counterfeit money. Apparently after 9:00 p.m. is the only time counterfeit money exists. For customer service and wasting my time, I gave them one star 6 years ago and nothing's changed. ?

First time getting pizza from you. Will never come back. Worst tasting, cold and it was supposedly just made. As friend said they would have rather had totinos frozen pizza would have been better than this. What a waste. Made me sick to my stomach. Threw it out and went and got tacos. Terrible.
