I ordered online and ordered a New York style pizza but somehow just got a regular normal pizza definitely not what I ordered.

The first time when I ordered a New York style pizza it was awesome because there was no crust it was made all the way to the end so when we ordered this time I ordered a New York style pizza and definitely did not get it.

Sent an email to Papa John's but have yet to hear anything back yet.

Hey Papa John’s,

Just wanted to flag something shady on your checkout system. I ordered using one of your specials…total came to about $25 after discounts. But when I went to tip, your app suggested “15%,” which turned out to be based on the pre-discount price of $47.

That’s not a 15% tip. That’s misleading. Most customers are in a rush and trust those buttons to reflect what they’re actually paying, not some inflated pretend total. It’s a sneaky move and feels like a cash grab, which isn’t exactly great for customer trust.

I think if a company’s confident in its product, it doesn’t need to trick people into over-tipping. Maybe take a look at how that’s set up, because this isn’t a good look.

I think Papa John's pizza is over priced for lower mid tier pizza and is only here for last minute pizza request if im really that hungry for pizza. I have no idea why there pizza cost so much for lower mid tier pizza

Employees spent at least 10 minutes talking in the back before acknowledging anyone was upfront . Not reason for ordering ahead of time just to wait even longer past the pickup time because the employees are too busy talking

I wanted to order a pizza, but customer service is dead. When you call their number you won’t get the pizzeria; you’ll get a call center. Asking some simple questions like “what size pizzas do you have” was answered S, M, L, and XL… not in inches. Or “what type of crust do you have” was answered incoherently. Then I asked if they have Italian sausage and white onions. I got some response of “Italian sausage and Spicy Italian sausage,” and “I’d have to contact the store… they have red and white onions.” (I think that was the answer?) What happened to the days of calling for a pizza, ordering it, and picking it up? This was so frustrating that I hung up. I ended up driving to WinCo to buy frozen pizzas for about $4.58/ea. Good luck ordering pizza with their online service. Hope you get the right store. Nuts!

Ordered Online 6 bone-in wings and a 3 topping pizza. Pizza was cooked to specification and tasted good. We selected well cooked wings buy the were not at all crispy. The skin was still very soft. I dont believe this is fault of employees but instead likely the time that the company specifys is well done, needs to be up'd by a few minutes. Nothing wrong with the taste at all. Plenty of sauce on the wings as well. Staff was friendly. Would use again as they had several decently priced specials listed when ordering online. The atmosphere was average. Not bad at all. Just an average counter pick up pizza store.

The older lady in there is super rude and just doesn’t care about any of the other workers just sits in her spot and yells out names but doesn’t give you your pizza for another 10 minutes until somebody else I go grab it and bring it to you this isn’t the first time either Very disappointed in this location.

Called after calling corporate ordering line. They told me to call the store location. I called the store location and the lady who answered the phone said call the corporate line or order online and hung up. Rather than taking 1 minute to take my order or even just tell me they weren’t delivering any more that night (I understand there are cut off times for that and I had called well before). I went to order online and by the time I got through to finalize my purchase the delivery cut off had just arrived and I couldn’t order, because I can’t drive right now to go pick it up. I wouldn’t recommend this location due to their customer service. I love papa John’s overall though.

There is no way to reach out when you call in about your missing order. They hang up on you. Food came 30 minutes late after THEY messaged me a time for delivery. Warm and soggy. Just gross. This is the second time we have tried them as we thought the first time was just a one time bad experience. Going back to Barros.

Made the mistake of ordering from this location instead of the one that's next to my house. Thinking that this is on the way you might as well just pick it up from here. They took almost 3 times longer to get my 2 pizzas ready. Didn't even get my complete order correct
