Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

Stopped in for lunch after a busy morning of shopping. Kristy took our order and couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant. Had a great attitude, seemed to be enjoying her job. Helped us save a few bucks with using Pei Wei rewards. Food was great, her customer service is what will have us back. Its a rare occasion now a days to get customer service like what Kristy provided. Thank you!

Dirty floors , tables, and bathroom. They have let it get run down . Management needs to assign side duties for each employee and make sure it gets done through out their shift

Absolutely love it here. The food is phenomenal and everyone is so kind!! There’s been a couple times I’ve been helped by Ace and she is always so sweet and helpful!! Amazing energy and amazing people!

Was on the phone for 30 mins, decided to take the 20 min drive to find the restaurant not busy at all. Told the girl up front how long we were on hold and she could careless.

Huge kudos to the team today, ordering was super easy and she was so kind. Kitchen staff was great too, the energy was fantastic and food came out quick! First time customer today and I'll be back!

Nice experience with Ace. She was kind and extremely helpful in helping my mother decide on what to order. Serving us with a smile is always nice to see. Food was great! I will tip my hat off to the cook. We’re definitely coming back for the good food and the exceptional service from Ace👍

Kristy took our order, she was very friendly, kind, helpful, and amazing. She was running around taking care of everyone the same way. My favorite original shrimp was not on the menu, but she said they could still make it for me.😊 The food was awesome! Cook was friendly too. Kristy is definitely a 5 star employee.

We have eaten at Pei Wei once before in Peoria and enjoyed it. We just came and tried the one here in Surprise and it was great. The food was great, the restaurant was clean and the cashier had great customer service! We will definitely be coming back.

This was my second time eating here. The chicken eggrolls were delicious. The sesame chicken with fried rice was delicious. The chicken lo mien was great as well. 👍🏽

Went last night to pick up an order and the customer service I received from the lady in the front was nothing short of amazing! She deserves a raise! I always like to give a review even if its good! Too many people leave negative reviews and never share their positive experience
