Pei Wei Asian Kitchen

I have not been into a Pei Wei in years. When I say years I mean probably over 10 years and I wish I never went in there. I ordered bourbon chicken and two Crab puffs The bourbon chicken was terrible. So much sauce on it. It drowned out the rice and it tasted like fish and the crab puffs were burnt so I I left pretty much all of the chicken. It was terrible. The gal that was working the counter that had two stars on her face sticker stars. Zero personality. Zero friendly. I will never go back this was a waste of $20

This location is amazing! Thank you to the staff for everything. Jose Navarro took care of me even though I placed an online order for the wrong location. MY fault, not theirs! You don’t find service like this anymore. And as always, the food was great!! Thank you again to all of the staff for being super awesome. Highly recommend this location!

We ordered 3 different entrees. The white rice under one, was uncooked as opposed to the “fried rice” glop that was buried under sauce and the meat in the other two. The beef was half crispy and the broccoli was mushy. It was all inedible. So disappointing when family is waiting for dinner.

I never ever leave reviews. Save your time and money. The food was absolutely awful. There were literal bugs crawling on the floor while I waited for my food. My noodles were cooked spaghetti noodles with absolutely no sauce or seasoning. If you’re thinking about it, do not do it.

Was there yesterday late afternoon. Very nice at ordering station and check out help . We had the family meal for three. Huge and lots if options. The chef was enjoying his job (!) , smiling and putting great attention to his food and it showed. Wonderful meal and we will be back ! Thank you ❤️!

I am terribly disappointed with my experience. I hadn't been to this location in about a year. Upon entering for a takeout order, the person told me I had to wait. While placing my order, she told me the machines were not processing coupons. I let her know I'd come in due to a single day e-coupon that gave $5 off $20. She said I could cancel my order since she couldn't deduct the coupon. I asked for a manager and he came over to complete the transaction. He gave me an employee discount to override the system error. I appreciated that. However, I got home and the crab wontons I'd ordered weren't in my bag.

Me and my family went there in the morning and the food was surprising better and more delicious than what is comes out during the week , the cook was by himself on the line and food came out fast and it was delicious !! There should be a option on tipping the line cooks !!
I hope this cook comes to this location more often !

We came in for lunch while waiting for a phone repair next door. I got general tso chicken with white rice, my wife got bourbon chicken with noodles. Both were excellent. There was more than enough food to have leftovers the next day.

Walked in only ones in restaurant no one to take order or cooking they were all in the back room playing around. Stood there for five minutes before anyone came out of back room. Ordered food came out cold. Won’t go back
