Went last night to pick up an order and the customer service I received from the lady in the front was nothing short of amazing! She deserves a raise! I always like to give a review even if its good! Too many people leave negative reviews and never share their positive experience

i got food poisoning from the orange chicken and fried rice. Very mid food :(

They need to invest in a better way to estimate the pick up time when ordering online. Arrived at this location 10 minutes after the estimated completion time and still was sitting there waiting for 30 minutes before receiving my food. The food isn't bad, but it's not worth the wait.

Even if the food wasn’t good, I’d still come back to see Jose. He was absolutely spectacular being a GM in the business, I can say You don’t see people like this every day he took the time to go through the menu with us wanted to make sure that we got the right thing Very pleasant very helpful a real asset to your company! If I was still in the business, I would try to steal you away! Way to go Jose!

The food, was gross. We were extremely disappointed.the rice tasted like chemicals, the Pad Thai had virtually no sauce, and the crab wonton had barely any filling if not completely empty(2 of ours were empty). We will not be returning.

So I've eating at Pei Wei before and I wasn't a huge fan. Now I come in on my break consistently as Jose (hope I'm spelling that right lol), aways professional, quick, place is clean, the food is on point! There should be raises. Employers should know they quality they have. Also shout out to the lady with the glasses as well customer service is on point and always polite!

Had a fantastic experience at Pei Wei thanks to the outstanding leadership of the manager Jose Navaro on duty. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared, and the service was top-notch. The manager was friendly, attentive, and clearly runs a tight, professional team. You can really feel the difference great management makes—I'll definitely be back! And thanks again for the donuts and assisting with the rewards sign up.

I have not been into a Pei Wei in years. When I say years I mean probably over 10 years and I wish I never went in there. I ordered bourbon chicken and two Crab puffs The bourbon chicken was terrible. So much sauce on it. It drowned out the rice and it tasted like fish and the crab puffs were burnt so I I left pretty much all of the chicken. It was terrible. The gal that was working the counter that had two stars on her face sticker stars. Zero personality. Zero friendly. I will never go back this was a waste of $20

This location is amazing! Thank you to the staff for everything. Jose Navarro took care of me even though I placed an online order for the wrong location. MY fault, not theirs! You don’t find service like this anymore. And as always, the food was great!! Thank you again to all of the staff for being super awesome. Highly recommend this location!
