Hi, I meant to write this review for some time now. The night of January 10th, my husband and I visited this location to celebrate our son’s 12th birthday. On this day a young boy pulled the fire alarm. Like any other restaurant, the manager immediately comes and advises everyone to make their way to the front entrance. Though following the many other customers was said manager (I believe her name was Katie). She went to talk to the family of the little boy, said family began to yell at her, and went as far as punching her when all she asked was “Hi, sweetheart. Are you okay? I heard you may have accidentally pulled our alarm.” I have never seen a manger let alone a young female remain so calm, so professional. Following that night after the firefighters and cops had left we went back in for about an hour. While her team was cleaning and making the last following orders she was helping all guests. With the kindest smile, she greeted us and apologized for the situation. We told her she was wonderful and she was the reason we go to this location. That she handled the situation far better than anyone we know could have. I am mostly making this review because my husband and I have been back about 3 times since and have not received the same treatment. In fact, each night we were there the employees were rude and disorganized. With said manager(Katie), we noticed in times of chaos, her and her team remained calm and managed to keep their kindness to show all customers that came in. We have yet to see her again, we only pray we can tell her how thankfully we were for her.

Pizza sent me to the bathroom. Waiting for pizza took an unusually long time for a weeknight when they weren't busy. I only went to meet someone there, otherwise I avoid PPP

Food was a good value for the price. We had the lunch buffet. Staff keeps the buffet fairly well-stocked.

Friday, January 9 our experience was outright pitiful. Ordered pizza at 702pm, was told there was an hour long wait. Fine, waited the hour, once the hour surpassed I went to check how much longer I was told 45 more minutes. I attempted to dispute the wait time and they said 10-15 more minutes. Went back at 848 and was told “this order was pushed out”. When we provided proof the pizza never made it to us we requested a refund. No apology, no explanation to what happened, manager tried to give me a cold pizza from a to go order. I refused it and requested the refund (manager and blue haired employee rolling their eyes when refund was requested) unacceptable. Almost 2 hours for pizza that we never received for a 10 year olds birthday, ended the evening ordering little Caesars pizza. I will NEVER visit this location again.

In my opinion Peter Piper Pizza is better than other fast options such as Dominos or Pizza Hut. Service can be slow

Management here is a joke! Leave it to katie to go around with a shirt thats to small down talking customers. Like stated it appears managers at this location dont have to follow a dress code with shirts to small. They also seem to have a im always right attitude with both customers and there employees… would not recommend this place

Always a fun place to eat some good pizza and play some arcade games. Not a bad place to have a kids birthday party. Plenty of seating available and the staff is always helpful.

The was our go to spot but unfortunately it’s gotten worse over the years.
Currently half the devices are broken and tried to ask for assistance and were told by maintenance that they didn’t want to help, on a Sunday mind you.
Also the worst part is that the max jackpot on ANY machine now is 50 tickets so it’s impossible to win tickets it’s never been that way.
Not sure this location will last but we won’t be returning

1 1/2 hour wait for pizza. $50 for just a pizza and a few games. And that stupid trampoline that everyone is forbidden to go near unless you’re “privileged”. Try explaining this to a you kid who’s face just lit up the moment they seen it. The disappointment when you tell them get out. Watched it over and over again.

Worst Peter Piper ever! We walked here to have family time. The girl at the register was so rude and when I asked her a question about the play cards she snapped at me. Her name was mairen! Paid 48.06 and was treated like we were beneath her. Like if you want work in a family place maybe you shouldn't. I was just asking to clarify the difference between the points and minutes and she was so rude I had to walk away my daughter took over. Never again!!!! Then we didn't get our drinks and she just pushed us aside like we didn't matter! Horrible experience we won't be back!
