The assistant manager Ryan should be general manager. He seems to be the only knows the whole restaurant, all of the options, and how to prepare everything well. He is the only one who is kind, professional, and inviting. Definitely leadership material.

I visited Pieology in Surprise off of Bell Road this evening. The General Manager helped me and I ordered a Margherita pizza with pepperonis. Usually it comes with just a few pepperoni's, but I just finished and had enough to have some with eat bite. It was delicious! Unfortunately it was so good I didn’t even get a chance to take any pictures before it was gone, but I did take a pic of the box and my fingers before I washed them. So. Good.

i’m speechless… i don’t know what they decided to give me but it’s a sloppy overflowing cheese concoction!!!!!!! i ordered on doordash and im so dissapointed to say the least. it looks like it was made with someone’s foot while half asleep 🤣

Went in around 1:25pm and waited for about 10 minutes not to get help. One of the employees had no sense of urgency along with the manager being on FaceTime showing off her freezer. Super disappointed I just went to get mod pizza instead.
I had the 2 for $20 and the food was great. I had both made different to try all the toppings, and both were perfect. I was surprised at how plain the inside was with the outside of the building so we'll designed, but it didn't affect the food, so all was good.
