Ordered my food. Got it within time. But after we started eating. Noticed one item on one of my pizzas was missing. Service was great. Food was good. Just quality of attention to order wasn't on par.

This Pizza Hut never has competent employees on their phones, or at their register. They are off putting and unhelpful. Seek better employees. Went there twice and I swear the employees are on something.

Great pizza! Way, way better than Domino’s, but the medium pizza I last got was $20! That is disgusting! You can get 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings each for only $6.99 each at Domino’s, I know it’s not Pizza Hut that does this but there is absolutely NO reason that Pizza Hut shouldn’t be offering the same! I’ll never go back to this particular Pizza Hut again because of this!

I ordered one of the new items, "Tavern Spicy Chicken Pizza" - large. And in one of the slices I found an aluminum rivet (pictures attached). I contacted Pizza Hut Corporate, and they told me someone from this store would get back to me in 3 business days.. No one has contacted me, I even contacted corporate again,,, and again they said someone from this store will get in touch with me within 3 business days. Still nothing.. Well, that was July 16th, 2024. I'm not looking for money (as I found it before I bit down). Of course I threw out the rest of the pizza, just in case there were more of these rivets, or even aluminum shavings in the pizza.. I'll never order from Pizza Hut again !!

If I could give 10 Stars I definitely would! Linda the manager at this store is awesome and definitely pulled through for me! I ordered a pizza and I got somebody else's pizza and it was a couple of months back and she completely remembered and let me redeem my original order! Although they only go back 30 days to redeem your pizza, she worked with me and it was a wonderful experience! Linda keep up the great work you're awesome!

The food was on point, customer service had a bit of attitude but it was probably just her age group that could explain it. I took no offense. There was a storm out and there was a lot of dirt flying around and the lady expressed real concern.

Everything tasted the same way over salted. Unfortunately I probably wouldn’t ever order Pizza Hut for over priced salt.
We use the Pizza Hut app. The app clearly messed up and we could see it and the women working could see it too. She was the most helpful, lovely, kind, understanding, intelligent employee and customer service person we have ever encountered. I am so sorry I forgot her name but this was on the 4th of July in the middle of the day. Not only did she make it right for us, she helped us, understood us and explained to us what to do in order to let headquarters know there is an app problem. She is truly a one of a kind employee and I won’t soon forget how lovely she was and how much better she made our experience right and our day better. I am so mad I forgot her name but she worked day shift on 4th of July. I can’t thank you enough lady.
