Ordered pizza plus other items. Waited forever. Actually drove to the store was advised driver (grub hub who we didn’t order through) picked up the order. Pizza never delivered. Called store several times and was useless. Still waiting on refund!!! Pizza never delivered!!!

Update - Pizza Hut GM has personally reached out and made an effort to make things right. I appreciate their sincere efforts and amended mynrsting.
Original - I threw the entire order into the garbage without taking a bite. I had a horrible experience with the doordash driver over an error in the address. xxxx0 vs xxxx9 (typo). While waiting for order, my large elderly dog unexpectedly had a massive seizure. While trying to keep him alive until my wife and kids could get home, I tried to respond to doordash as best I could. They finally had someone call, we got it corrected, and I went out to meet the driver when he arrived. Very large muscular guy gets out with a scowl, I calmly said, "sorry about the confusion". His angley response, "What's with all the attitude?" As he hands me the order. I calmly responded again, "My dog was having a seizure." Instead of any change, he stepped forward, and I just turned and began walking back towards the house. He yelled after me, "So is that your excuse for having such an attitude with your text?" Getting inside the pizza was cold and smashed to one side like it had been carried sideways instead of flat. I became suspicious that he may have tampered with my food so I threw it all away and ate leftovers. I could not find a way to file a complaint with Doordash. But I ordered through the pizza hut app, not even aware Doordash was delivering.

Ordered my food and went to pick it up. Online said my food was ready, so I went inside to get the food. There was already a couple people waiting just to get help. Once I came in a couple more people came in and took over 5 min for someone to come out and help customers. Was told that my pizza was coming out of the oven and would be ready in a min. 25 min later was still standing there waiting. All kinds of Uber drivers were coming in getting their orders done right away. Most were just getting wings. Then once most of the people had left the guy behind the counter asked who i was again and told me that they are just waiting on my wings. They had just give out wings to the 5 Uber drivers that came in after me. Once I finally got my wings and got out to the car the pizzas were barely warm. The service at this store is horrible. How can a person say that they are finishing my pizza then 25 min later they are waiting on my wings. Yeah your waiting on my wings because you gave them to the Uber drivers that were there to get orders. So I guess since I was getting them for my family and I am not an Uber driver I get my food last.

I love this place! Great food and always ready on time. As a teacher they are so supportive of the Book It! program and I am grateful for that. They have assisted our school for years! A BIG thank you to this location for all their dedication to service!!Noah and Brynn are always ready and willing to support our local teachers! They are friendly and provide outstanding service.
I ordered delivery. An hour had passed. So I called and told me my order was canceled due to they didn't have delivery driver. If I hadn't called wouldn't known. I had no calls from them about my order. I ordered from other place got my order within 30 minutes. To bad Pizza hut doesn't have that type of service.

the food was disgustingly nasty the pizza was not at proper temperture it looked old like it was sitting under a warmer fpor hrs it was not freshly made at all i threw in trash is was not something i would ever eat so i definately wasnt feeding to my grand kids , so i give this store a minus 1 they dont make the grid of a rating in my opinion

My sister ordered a Curbside order at the Surprise, AZ location and the associates never came out. Nor could she get ahold of them via phone. She tried to call 5 times before calling Corporate and asking to cancel the order. She couldn't go inside due to being in PJ's, so Curbside was supposed to be a convenient option.
