I love this place! Great food and always ready on time. As a teacher they are so supportive of the Book It! program and I am grateful for that. They have assisted our school for years! I ordered delivery. An hour had passed. So I called and told me my order was canceled due to they didn't have delivery driver. If I hadn't called wouldn't known. I had no calls from them about my order. I ordered from other place got my order within 30 minutes. To bad Pizza hut doesn't have that type of service.

the food was disgustingly nasty the pizza was not at proper temperture it looked old like it was sitting under a warmer fpor hrs it was not freshly made at all i threw in trash is was not something i would ever eat so i definately wasnt feeding to my grand kids , so i give this store a minus 1 they dont make the grid of a rating in my opinion

My sister ordered a Curbside order at the Surprise, AZ location and the associates never came out. Nor could she get ahold of them via phone. She tried to call 5 times before calling Corporate and asking to cancel the order. She couldn't go inside due to being in PJ's, so Curbside was supposed to be a convenient option.

The Pizza Hut itself is very nice. The people inside the store are very nice. I did get the wrong PIZZA. I did call the call center just to let them know I got the wrong PIZZA. I ended up calling five times each time the person that answered the phone was rude, they told me to go back to the store to trade the pizza for the right one, the Pizza Hut was brand new, so their phones were not hooked up yet and they kept switching me to that store. Even after I told them, the phone was not hooked up yet I asked for a manager and they told me they don’t have any managers at the call center. I did go the next day by the Pizza Hut store and the girl was very very nice. I told her I didn’t want anything, just wanted them to know the call center was very rude K Hamilton

Had a pretty big order of wings placed yesterday around 7:30 pm. Requested to be well done, stressed enough again and again to be well done especially knowing the process since i worked there almost 15 years ago and this is exactly what I get when you get a bunch of high school kids working there that don't care. Wings were not well done at all, still full of skin fat. I'm not calling in to get my money back to look like a scamer, but goodbye will avoid this place and go to Wingstop from now on!!! ?
