Get rid of the call center that takes your order and return the ordering to the stores. The call center speaks very poor English and doesn't understand English, that's why my order was wrong .

First of all called 3times to place a delivery order because there phone lines down. That should have been my sign to go elsewhere. Well ordered 2 large specials 7.99 regular cheese pepperoni pan crust . Boy were we disappointed I should have looked at the reviews before ordering from this location again. The bread was so thin pizza was falling apart. We did mot order thin. Pizza had a weird taste to it. Needless to say we threw it out. Don’t waste your money here , you’ve been warned.

When one is desperate for pizza 🍕, one makes a last minute decision as I have made. I stopped here tonight, Wednesday May 14th, and ordered a medium pan pizza with sausage, mushrooms, and onions. It’s a ‘To Go’ only Pizza Hut. They were courteous, and fast. Ten to twelve minutes. The pizza with a two liter of Pepsi came to $26.95 after tax… and a coupon discount that I didn’t ask for. The reason for the high score in service. I sat outside on one of the half walls on the concourse. The pizza isn’t the best compared to Deno’s or Little Sicily, but it was satisfying the hunger I had. The other factor that influenced coming here is that they have late hours. The other places close at 8:00pm. I still don’t understand why some restaurants close at that time… we’re five years past the time of March, 2020 when Covid shut everything down. Would I come here again? It all depends on the time of day, and how desperate I am for pizza. You decide what you want. Don’t think you can’t do better. And there is worse in going to Little Caesar’s, Dominoes, and Ray’s on Grand & Reemes. Sorry, no photos worth taking.

They were very pleasant when I had to cancel my original order due to a misbehaving garage door and very helpful when I called back to place my order again.

They lost my order and I had to wait 25 minutes to get my pizza. UPDATE - They did reduce the price of my pizza and, after I posted this review, they gave me a credit toward a future purchase. I am therefore raising my overall rating.

Store is incredibly under staffed poor management always a long wait
We tried their $7 menu and ordered a “Meat Lovers Melt” and it was repulsive! The ingredients were disgusting. Pure fat chunks and very small cuts of ham, etc. The service was excellent as always, but definitely look at what’s inside before you take a bite

OMG! I ordered pizza, wings, and desert. And was delivered with door dash the food looks like they took the food and shook the heck out of it. I always tip cash the driver shows up and hand me the food and I get ready to go tip the driver when my wife opeded the food. I asked the driver what happened, they told me I figured you where not gonna tip me so I shook your food. I told the driver that was really not smart as I had 2 $20 bills in my hand to give to the driver. I will never be ordering from here again as long as they keep using door dash. Absolutely absurd. The saddest thing is the driver didn't even wait to see if i was gonna tip in cash just assumed. But here's the kicker, so I called and let them know what happened and the person who answered the phone told me that's not there problem and to take it up with door dash.

The food is mid.. In my opinion I feel like the pizza should be cooked for a longer time. Wings were legit. Maybe ask for pizza well done or slightly cooking longer than normal
