If i wanted DoorDash to deliver cold pizza I would have ordered from DoorDash. Thought we had a new place for us locals. I live 5 minutes away and from time of order to delivery was 1 HOUR.
I know the Yankees lost the World Series but to call what was delivered a New Yorker" is a bigger disappointment. Nasty.

For the second time in a row they forgot our wings. They were supposed to credit our account last time and didn’t. About this location at all costs they don’t deliver everything and don’t honor their own word!

Got four boneless wings and one was the size of a quarter. They did provide four but the size of the fourth one was laughable.

I had the please of meeting Johnny and he was the sweetest person ever. He gave the best customer service extant the best pizza. This is going to be my new favorite location just because I know kind workers like him are there.

Food and service was good but the size of my large supreme pan pizza was pretty dang small for $27! I’ll stick with Barrows pizza from now on!

They outsourced my delivery to door dash. After what I've seen on social media I don't want anyone from door dash near my food or my house.

I'm so happy we have another pizza place by us "Waddell" folks (the forgotten community for delivery). Food was amazing. Extremely quick delivery (and they followed instructions). Pleasant customer service (had to call after I placed my online order because I forgot to add a couple items). ZERO complaints! Will order again for sure ?

If you want to call an order in, you have to get past the outsourced 3rd party phone operator who has no idea what they're doing/saying. Also they just opened and are out of product already. The staff is extremely unhelpful and just rattle off the names of deals without explaining any context. Feels like bad/cheap franchisee management.
