Great place if you want to have a drink and play some pinball. The games are in excellent condition.

Good spot, machines could use some balance repairs, but do like that you can just use quarters!

Ate my $5 really quick, 10 minutes. 90% of the balls went straight down the middle. I had one ball lost down the sides in four games. If it's just unlucky, this is the unluckiest place I've ever been to.😕😠 After that proprietor response, I give this establishment a negative 5. Do not even enter it. I've been playing pinball for 50 years. Too bad you are so butt hurt.

I have been there twice in the past 6 months and won't go back again.

My first experience was just OK. The staff wasn't very friendly and it seemed that they didn't really want to be there. I figured maybe it was an off day. A ball got stuck on one of the pinball machines and asked the guy at the counter to help us out which he made us feel line we were inconveniencing him. But since they had some machines I really wanted to pay I decided to give them another chance.

The second time I went there, the staff was straight up abrasive. Had another ball stuck, same attitude issue. We found one of their player 1 tokens mixed in the quarters we received and asked to get it swapped out. The guy immediately began defensive and aggressively accused me of bringing it in. Like I'm trying to scam him out of a quarter which is clearly theirs! A couple of minutes later he approached us to apologize either realizing that's not how to run a business or went and actually checked the coin machine and found some more mixed in.

Either way, I definitely won't be going back there again. The mood in the place is depressing, some of the arcade machines don't take coins or controls are not working properly and customer service/respect isn't evident.

There are many other place to play pinball and have a good time. Stay away!

Lots of awesome pinball machines, some retro arcade games and the much loved big buck hunter game. They also have alcoholic beverages. Great way to spend a bit of time. Bring quarters.

Looking for some Friday night fun and we came across Player 1 Arcade. We enjoyed some old school games and drinks. Very friendly, great service and fun times.

Played for all of 15 minutes before I was told there is a tournament and I was kicked out. No word about it until after I converted my money into arcade chips. They said in response to a different review tournaments are posted online as if the average consumer is going to be following them online. Doors hung open as if posting it on the door makes it clear and event is happening.

We had a lot of fun playing video games. $10 two people can play quite a while. They also have nice drinks. Recommend if you are near surprise.

Player 1 Arcade is one of our go to hang outs. Kevin always keeps the pinball machines cleans and the beers cold - and everyone who works there is awesome.
