We drive from goodyear instead of going to the avondale one because it is horrible but this one is amazing not just the food but the staff are great everyone will ask you if need anything they have great customer service. We will continue to make the drive to this location.
I have only used the drive through at this location, but the service through there is usually pretty slow even if you're only getting one item. Our cashier was a sweetheart and gave us a slice of cake for the wait.
First time eating at portillas and it was absolutely amazing and the food was delicious. To my surprise I was offer a free cake since it was my first time eating here! Thank you for the delicious meal and Desert especially the generous hospitality!
